Most orders reach you within 48 hours via islandwide courier, and delivery is free once your cart clears S$60. Below that there is a flat S$4 fee. You will get a tracking link the moment your order ships.
At checkout you can pay by PayNow, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or split it over three with Atome. Everything is priced and charged in Singapore dollars with an itemised receipt.
If you want a low-shine hold you can restyle with water, go with the Forge Pomade. If you want zero shine and a textured, lived-in look, choose the Reserve Matte Clay. Fine hair benefits from a spritz of Drift Sea-Salt Spray underneath either one.
The Forge razor uses a forgiving closed-comb head, which is the easiest to learn on. Let the weight of the razor do the work, keep a shallow angle, and give it about a week. We include a short guide in the box and you can always WhatsApp us for tips.
Most are. The Carbon Moisturiser and Aftershave Balm are fragrance-free, and the face wash is pH-balanced and non-stripping. If you have a known allergy, check the full ingredient list on each product page or message us first.
Yes. On daily-use items like the face wash, moisturiser and deodorant you can set a refill interval and save on each repeat order. You can pause, skip or cancel any time from your account.
We run a small studio where you can smell the scents and feel the products before buying. It is open Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 7pm. The address and a map are on the Contact page.
If something is faulty or arrives damaged we will replace it, no fuss. For change-of-mind, unopened products can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skin or shave items unless they are faulty.
Yes. We handle your details in line with Singapore’s PDPA, store them securely, and never sell them. You can ask us to update or delete your data at any time.
