Forge is the pomade we reach for on a normal weekday. It is water-based, so it never goes greasy and never leaves that helmet feel — you can run your fingers through it at lunch, add a little water and re-shape without starting over. The hold sits around an eight out of ten: strong enough for a tall pompadour, relaxed enough that the style still moves like real hair.

We built it around the Singapore commute. A wax-heavy pomade melts the moment you step out of the office aircon into the afternoon; Forge holds its shape because the structure comes from the water-soluble polymers, not from softening waxes. At the end of the day it rinses out with a single wash — no double-cleansing, no residue clinging to your pillow.

If you want shine, this is not it, and that is on purpose. Forge dries down to a clean matte-satin finish that reads as well-groomed rather than wet. Pair it with the Matte Clay on the days you want zero shine, or with a touch of the Sea-Salt Spray first for extra grip on fine hair.
