At the new home we don’t just dump boxes at the door — we place furniture where you want it and put labelled boxes in the right rooms, so you start unpacking in a home that already makes sense. Lifts, stairs, narrow corridors and awkward landings are our normal, not a surprise that bumps the bill.
Because the price is fixed after the survey, the number we quote is the number you pay, barring changes you ask for on the day. No mysterious “manpower” or “staircase” charges appearing at the end.
