Your questions, answered
A few things clients often ask before their first visit. Anything else, just message us — we’re happy to help you pick the right service.
Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a free chair, but weekends and after-work slots fill fast, so booking ahead is the safest way to get the studio, technician and time you want. You can request a specific studio and artist when you book, and we will confirm by WhatsApp.
Most clients get two to three weeks of glossy, chip-resistant wear from a Gel Manicure, depending on how hard you are on your hands. A Structured Gel Overlay tends to hold a little longer because it is stronger. When it is time, please come in for a gentle soak-off rather than picking it away.
Done properly, no. The damage people describe almost always comes from picking gel off or filing too aggressively. We prep gently, cure in thin layers and always soak gel and extensions off carefully, so the natural nail stays healthy. If yours are already weak, we will suggest a structured overlay to help them recover.
Hand-painted art is priced per nail, from $8, so you only pay for the design you actually add — a single feature nail or a full detailed set. Chrome, cat-eye and French finishes are priced per set. Whatever you choose, we agree the price with you before we start, so there is never a surprise at the till.
Yes — the full menu, the same gentle technique and the same hygiene standards run across Bugis, Tiong Bahru and Tampines. Bugis is our flagship with the most artists on shift and the busiest Art Corner, while Tiong Bahru is quieter and Tampines keeps the longest hours. Pick whichever suits your day.
A Waterless Pedicure is our usual recommendation, as it skips the shared soak entirely and is kinder to dry or sensitive feet. For hands, the Spa Manicure’s mask and massage are soothing without anything harsh. Just let us know when you book and we will tailor the products and pressure to you.
Settle up by PayNow or card when your set is done. For longer bookings such as extensions and full art sets we may ask for a small PayNow deposit to hold the slot, which is simply knocked off your final bill. All amounts are in Singapore dollars.
No problem at all — we just ask for at least a few hours’ notice so we can offer the chair to someone else. For longer art and extension bookings, a little more notice is kind to the artist who set the time aside. Any deposit moves across to your rebooked slot.
We handle your contact details and any notes about your nails discreetly and in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your information is used only to manage your bookings and is never sold or shared.
