At Lensfield, a registered optometrist spends a full forty minutes measuring your vision precisely, checking how your eyes work together, and screening the health of the eye itself — the cornea, lens, retina and optic nerve — on digital equipment, not a rushed five-minute refraction.
It is the visit that catches the things you cannot feel: the early myopia creeping up on a child, the dry eye behind your afternoon screen fatigue, the pressure changes that hint at glaucoma long before they affect sight. We explain every reading in plain language, show you the retinal images, and tell you honestly whether you need new lenses or simply a review next year.
You leave with a clear, accurate prescription you can use anywhere, a record of your eye health over time, and an honest recommendation — never a hard sell. The test fee is waived entirely when you collect any complete pair of glasses with us.
