A firm built to keep property in good order
Stamford Estate Management was founded in 2009 by Lim Wei Sheng, after a decade spent managing large condominiums for one of the big agencies. He had seen the same thing too often: estates let down by managing agents who were stretched too thin, books that did not tie out, and councils left to fight fires at the AGM.
Stamford was the answer to that — a property management firm small enough to be accountable and senior enough to be trusted with a building’s money and a landlord’s livelihood. Today we manage 7,400+ units across 120+ estates and developments islandwide, from our head office on Shenton Way and regional teams in the west and east.
We are deliberately not a sprawling property portal. We do five things — estate management, tenancy management, leasing, valuation advisory and building maintenance — and we do them properly, for owners and councils who want the day-to-day handled and the long-term protected.
We know the ground
Since 2009, Stamford has managed estates and tenancies across Singapore — from boutique freehold blocks to large condominiums and strata commercial developments. We have run the AGMs, recovered the arrears and survived the burst pipes, so the day-to-day holds no surprises.
We are accountable
Every dollar of management and sinking fund is accounted for, every contractor invoice is reviewed, and every council gets clear monthly statements. Trust in property management is built on tidy books and honest reporting — so that is where we start.
We are in it for the long term
Most of the estates and landlords on our books have stayed with us for many years, because well-run property is a long game. We would rather keep a client for a decade than win one with a low-ball fee we cannot honour — and our retention shows it.

Lim Wei Sheng
Managing Director & Registered Strata Manager
Wei Sheng founded Stamford in 2009 after a decade managing large condominiums for a major agency. He still personally chairs the handover of every new estate and sits in on the trickiest AGMs.
Priscilla Tan
Head of Estate Management
Priscilla leads the estate managers and the MCST relationships. A stickler for clean accounts and well-run councils, she has steered more than a few estates back from the brink of a special levy.
Daniel Ong
Head of Leasing & Tenancy
Daniel runs the leasing and tenancy desk, looking after landlords from single units to small portfolios. He is the person an overseas owner trusts to be their eyes and hands in Singapore.
