For landlords with one unit or a small portfolio, we manage the whole tenancy — collecting rent, handling the tenant, coordinating repairs, tracking the TA and securing renewals — and account to you every month.

Letting a unit looks simple until a tap leaks at 11pm, the rent is three weeks late, or the tenant moves out and leaves a dispute over the deposit. For an owner who is busy, overseas, or simply does not want to be on call, an unmanaged tenancy quietly turns into unpaid evenings and avoidable losses.

Stamford manages the tenancy as the one point of contact for everyone involved. We collect the rent and chase any arrears, hold the tenant relationship so you are not the one fielding 2am calls, arrange repairs through vetted tradespeople, keep the inventory and condition report, and manage the Tenancy Agreement through to renewal or a clean handover. Every month you get a statement and your net rent — nothing else to think about.

Common questions

Do you manage HDB and landed properties as well as condos?

Yes. We manage tenancies across private condominiums, landed homes and eligible HDB flats. The work is the same in spirit — rent, tenant, repairs, TA and renewals — though HDB lettings follow HDB’s own subletting rules, which we keep you on the right side of.

I am an overseas owner. How does that work?

A good share of our tenancy clients live abroad. We act as your local eyes and hands: we collect rent in SGD, remit it to your nominated account, handle the tenant and repairs within agreed limits, and send you a monthly statement and photos. You stay informed without needing to be in Singapore.
