Home/ Services/ Leasing & Marketing

We market your vacant unit where the right tenants actually look, run the viewings, screen applicants properly, and close on a clear Tenancy Agreement — so you spend fewer weeks vacant and land a tenant who pays and stays.

Every week a unit sits empty is rent you will never get back. But the fastest let is not always the best one — a poorly screened tenant who falls into arrears or trashes the unit costs far more than the few weeks you saved. Good leasing is about being both quick and careful.

Stamford handles leasing end to end. We present the unit well with proper photography and listings on the portals tenants actually use, run accompanied viewings, and screen applicants on identity, employment and references before you commit. Once you choose, we prepare a clear Tenancy Agreement, sort the deposit and stamping, and hand the unit over with a documented inventory — ready for our tenancy team to manage if you wish.

“A good tenant, found properly and quickly.”

Common questions

How long does it usually take to let a unit?

It depends on the location, condition, asking rent and season, but a well-presented, sensibly priced unit in a popular area often secures a tenant within a few weeks of going live. Before we list, we tell you frankly what the demand and the realistic rent look like, rather than over-promising.

Can you take over leasing and then manage the tenancy too?

Yes, and most owners prefer that. We lease the unit, then roll it straight into tenancy management — same firm, same inventory, one point of contact — so there is no gap between finding the tenant and looking after them.
