Our story
Vantage Realty was founded by Evelyn Cheong after fifteen years on the ground, on a hunch that the big-agency and lone-agent models both left something out. The big firms had the data and the reach but could feel like a switchboard; the solo stars answered every call but couldn't be everywhere or know every estate. We set out to keep the best of both.
Today we're over 430 consultants across Singapore — specialists in prime and landed, city-fringe resale, HDB upgrading, leasing and commercial — sharing one database and one rule: price on real transactions, and tell the client the truth even when it's not what they hoped to hear. We'd rather lose a listing than win it on a number that won't transact.
That has built a firm clients return to — for the next valuation, the lease renewal, the upgrade, the investment. A home, or a deal, deserves a team that knows the ground. That's the whole business.
