Do I own the website and can my team edit it themselves?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and the site outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so your team can add listings, mark properties sold or let, update agent profiles, publish insights and edit copy yourselves, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
Which platform should I choose — native, WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style?
The native Astro build (shown in the demo) is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for loading heavy property galleries and SEO. Choose WordPress for full control and plugins, Webflow for a visual editor, or a Squarespace-style builder if you prefer to edit everything visually. The customiser shows the price difference for each.
How does the property search and listings filtering work?
Your homepage carries a hero search bar (buy/rent, region, type, budget) and the listings page has a left filter sidebar for intent, type, region, bedrooms and budget plus a sort control. Filtering runs client-side so it is instant on mobile, and each listing opens a detail page with the gallery, specs, description and the listing agent.
What is the Listing Match Finder?
It is your signature interactive tool. A buyer picks their intent (buy or rent), property type, region, bedrooms and budget, and the finder live-matches the listings that fit, each with a one-tap WhatsApp viewing request straight to the right consultant. It captures leads and qualifies them before your agents even pick up the phone.
Can buyers enquire, book a viewing or pay a deposit?
Yes. Every build includes WhatsApp deep links and a working enquiry/viewing-request form on every listing. Add the viewing-booking feature and it extends into a flow that captures the viewing date and can take a securing deposit via PayNow or HitPay where appropriate, with an SGD invoice and a confirmation email.
Will my property galleries still load fast?
Yes — listing performance is the whole point of a portal build. We serve modern WebP/AVIF formats, lazy-load below the fold and set image dimensions to avoid layout shift. The native Astro build stays light even with big galleries, which keeps your Core Web Vitals and buyer first impressions strong.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, image sitemaps and structured data. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph (RealEstateAgent, Residence, FAQ), answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google for searches like ‘real estate agency Singapore’ and quoted by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
Is my enquiry and client data handled safely under PDPA?
Yes. We handle enquiry and viewing-request data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), any deposit payments run through PCI-compliant HitPay, and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. We never sell your data, and the enquiry form is spam-protected.
Can I show my CEA licence and my agents’ registrations?
Yes. The design has a built-in place for your agency’s CEA estate-agent licence and each consultant’s CEA registration number, in the footer and on the agent directory and property cards — the trust signals Singapore property buyers and sellers look for.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — listing layout tweaks, colour/type adjustments, copy edits, agent updates and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Is the design unique or a template?
You start from the proven Vantage Realty design you can see and click in the live demo, then we customise it to you — your firm name, wordmark, colours, listings, agents, districts, copy and licence details. It is a tailored build on a battle-tested, listings-portal-led foundation, not a generic property theme dump that crams your listings into slow pages.
