Yes. Vantage Realty is presented as a licensed Singapore estate agency, and every consultant is a CEA-registered salesperson. (This is a demo site, so the licence and registration numbers shown are illustrative.) A licensed agency means your transaction and your data are handled to CEA standards and in line with the PDPA.
For most residential resale purchases the seller pays the commission, so buyers typically pay nothing for representation — we'll always confirm the arrangement up front. For leasing, fees follow the usual Singapore market practice based on the lease length, and we set them out clearly before you commit. No hidden charges.
We price on recent transacted data for your specific block, stack and estate — the prices similar units actually sold for — then adjust for floor, facing, renovation and current demand. We'd rather give you the honest number the market will pay than an inflated one that wins your listing and then sits unsold.
Yes — it's one of the most common things our consultants do. We map the timing of selling your flat and buying your next home so you don't end up with a gap or two mortgages, walk you through valuation, COV and the loan steps, and coordinate both transactions so they line up.
Yes. A foreign buyer can purchase a private condominium or apartment, and a landed home on Sentosa Cove with approval. We guide foreign buyers through eligibility, the extra stamp duty an overseas purchaser pays, financing and the legal steps. Our consultants will tell you clearly what you can and cannot buy before you view.
Both. Our new-launch desk tracks every major project and gives you an independent read — which stack, which unit, and whether the numbers work — grounded in what nearby units actually resell and rent for, rather than a developer's projection. We cover resale, rental, landed and commercial too.
