Yes. The Free plan gives you 5 active boards, up to 3 collaborators and 20+ templates forever, with no credit card required. You only pay if you upgrade to Pro for unlimited boards or to a Team / Education plan for SSO and admin controls.

No. Anyone with a share link can view or comment on a board without signing up. They only need a free account to create or edit boards of their own.

Yes — Education is one of our core use cases. The Team & Education plan adds moderated student boards, teacher controls and templates aligned to common Singapore classroom formats, with SSO for easy rollout.

Boardly is hosted in-region for low latency, and we handle your data in line with Singapore’s PDPA. Team and Education plans add admin controls over who can access what.

Yes. Any board exports to PDF or PNG, and you can embed a live board in another site or LMS. You can also save any board as a reusable template.
