What does a Boardly site actually do for my Singapore SaaS product?
It gives your software product a credible, high-converting marketing home in about a week from S$500 — instead of a thin one-pager or a templated builder site every competitor also uses. You get a fast, playful SaaS landing site you can try yourself in the live demo, an alternating feature showcase that explains the product, clear Free/Pro/Team pricing, the signature Plan Picker that guides visitors to the right plan, and signup and demo-booking forms that turn traffic into trials — an asset you own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
For a SaaS product, the marketing site is the top of your entire funnel. If it is a vague one-pager or a generic builder template, visitors bounce before they understand what you do or why they should sign up. Boardly gives you the opposite: a clear, high-energy product site — customised to your product and voice — that explains the value, shows the product, prices it transparently and asks for the signup, live in 7–14 days from S$500.
Crucially, it is built to convert, not just to look modern. The signature Plan Picker is the engine: a visitor picks their team size, use case and billing cycle, and it recommends the right plan with its price and a Start-free CTA — removing the “which plan is for me?” friction that kills signups. Around it sit signup and demo-request forms, a feature showcase that does the explaining, social-proof stats and testimonials, and clear pricing tiers — all the conversion machinery a plain landing page lacks.
Finally, it is an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you deliver a new feature section, edit a pricing tier or update the Plan Picker yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start lean at S$500, then add a blog/changelog engine, a customer area, CRM integration or a multilingual layer as the product grows, up to around S$1,800 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$500 — a credible product site you own, instead of a thin one-pager or a generic template.
- The Plan Picker guides visitors to the right plan — removing the friction that loses signups on a static pricing page.
- A feature showcase that explains the product, plus social proof and clear Free/Pro/Team pricing, all in one flow.
- Playful, mobile-first and fast — the way buyers actually evaluate software — with clean SEO markup baked in.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — edit features and pricing yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Boardly site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most SaaS founders: a thin or generic marketing site, no clear way to guide visitors to a plan, weak signup conversion, pricing pages that confuse, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, conversion-focused SaaS product site — with the Plan Picker, feature showcase and signup/demo forms built in — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$500.
Most SaaS teams hit the same wall on their marketing site. A no-code builder template looks like everyone else’s and is slow to change. A cheap freelancer can disappear mid-build or hand over something you cannot touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. And DIY eats the engineering hours you would rather spend on the product. Boardly is designed to remove each of those frustrations, not just shuffle them around.
Speed: instead of weeks of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, conversion-focused SaaS demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days. Higher signup conversion: the Plan Picker plus clear tiers and signup forms turn confused visitors into trials, instead of leaving them to guess which plan fits.
Credibility with buyers: a real feature showcase, social-proof stats and testimonials make your product look established — the difference between “is this legit?” and “let’s try it”. That matters most for a young product competing for trust.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you are never tied to an agency retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. And pricing is a transparent customiser from S$500 to S$1,800 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- A generic builder template → A distinctive, customised SaaS site that looks like your product, not everyone else’s.
- Confusing pricing → The Plan Picker guides each visitor to the right plan with its price and a Start-free CTA.
- Weak signup conversion → Signup and demo-request forms, social proof and clear tiers built into the flow.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you change features, pricing and copy without paying anyone.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code and can host it anywhere; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$500 to S$1,800 up front, with 3 revision rounds included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY builder — which is right for your SaaS site?
For a Singapore SaaS product, SGBP customises the live Boardly site — Plan Picker, feature showcase, pricing tiers and signup forms and all — in 7–14 days from S$500 to S$1,800, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a no-code builder is cheapest but gives you a generic template you don’t fully own and that’s slow to evolve.
Most Singapore agencies do excellent work, but a custom SaaS marketing site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you do not need when there is already a proven, conversion-focused SaaS design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely from person to person — and SaaS-specific touches like the Plan Picker, an alternating feature showcase, data-driven pricing tiers and signup/demo forms are rarely built in. A no-code builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it gives you a template that looks like every other startup, can be slow to change, and rarely owns the conversion details that move signups.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Boardly demo, so you can see and click exactly what you are buying before you commit, then we customise it to your product and brand. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$500 to S$1,800 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency SaaS build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Boardly demo is the actual product, Plan Picker and all, so there is no guesswork about quality or layout.
- Built for converting SaaS visitors: the Plan Picker, feature showcase, pricing tiers and signup forms are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, a local tone and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off — never required to launch.

What is under the hood of your Boardly SaaS site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it is served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast when a launch, a Product Hunt feature or a campaign sends a burst of traffic.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: images are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, and the colourful board mockups are built in CSS rather than heavy images, so the hero, feature showcase, pricing tiers and the interactive Plan Picker stay snappy on every device. The Plan Picker’s logic runs efficiently client-side, so recommendations feel instant.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the signup and demo-request forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when prospects share work details. Add CRM integration and every signup pipes straight into HubSpot, Mailchimp or your CRM. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Colourful product mockups built in CSS — no heavy stock screenshots
- Interactive Plan Picker runs efficiently client-side for instant recommendations
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of signup & enquiry data
- Spam-protected signup & demo forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Boardly site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (SoftwareApplication, FAQ, Breadcrumb, Organization), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local framing, PDPA, natural local terms — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants the structure they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of SaaS sites are built to look slick and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can really tell what the product does or who it serves. We build the opposite. Your Boardly site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text on every image, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure — the foundation search engines and crawlers reward. Rankings always depend on your category and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here is what the jargon means in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “online whiteboard for schools Singapore” or “team collaboration tool SG”. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and AIO (AI Optimisation) help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks “what’s a good visual collaboration tool for teams?”. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa — short, spoken-friendly answers a buyer can ask for hands-free.
The engine behind this is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: SoftwareApplication markup so your product is machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; BreadcrumbList so your solutions and templates are clearly structured; Organization so your company is unambiguous. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$500 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags — built for crawlers and AI parsers.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: SoftwareApplication, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList and Organization — your product, FAQs and brand become eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Solutions & template pages target high-intent SaaS long-tail: “whiteboard for classrooms”, “sprint retro tool” and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — page experience is a Google ranking factor and keeps visitors from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: pages and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing) so new pages get found and indexed sooner.
- Singapore signals: local framing, PDPA-aware data handling, a local tone and natural local terms throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — publish a page and its SEO fields and schema update automatically, no developer needed.

What does each page of my Boardly SaaS site actually look like?
You get a full SaaS marketing site, not a single landing page: a high-energy homepage, a product/feature page, a solutions/use-cases page with per-use-case detail pages, a templates gallery, a Free/Pro/Team pricing page with FAQ, an about page, a contact (book-a-demo / signup) page and a dedicated page for the signature Plan Picker — rebuilt with your product, brand and voice.
We start from the live Boardly demo and rebuild every page around your product, brand and voice. Nothing stays as filler: your features, plans, templates, copy, imagery and testimonials replace the demo content, and each page keeps the elements that make the demo convert — the chunky hero, alternating feature showcase, pricing tiers, Plan Picker and signup forms — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero headline, add a feature or edit a pricing tier long after handover. The pages below are what is included in the base S$500 build; site scope, a blog/changelog engine, advanced SEO, a customer area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$1,800.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: local framing, a local tone throughout, and PDPA-aware signup forms. You own 100% of the code, and it is typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a chunky display hero with a pink pill CTA and a colourful board mockup, an alternating feature showcase, a solutions band, a social-proof stat band with logo wall, testimonials, the Plan Picker, pricing tiers and a get-started CTA — all rebranded to you.
- Product / features — the full alternating feature-showcase, each section a different accent colour with a CSS-built product mockup and a benefit checklist.
- Solutions — Work / Education / Teams use-case cards, each linking to a dedicated use-case detail page with its own hero, checklist and template grid.
- Templates — a colour-coded gallery grouped by category, each template linking to a detail page with a mockup and “how people use it”.
- Pricing — Free / Pro / Team tiers as cards with feature lists, a monthly/annual toggle and an expandable FAQ accordion.
- Plan Picker — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool, an explainer of how it works and a link to compare all plans.
- About — your company story, a by-the-numbers stat band, values cards and user testimonials.
- Contact — a signup / book-a-demo page (no cart): a PDPA-aware form with team size and use case, plus direct contact details.
- Footer & navigation — a multi-column footer (Product / Solutions / Support / Company / Legal) plus a sticky header with product nav, a Log in link and a pink pill Sign-up CTA.

Can the Boardly site scale from a lean landing page to a full SaaS marketing site as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page SaaS marketing site with a blog/changelog engine, a template/use-case library, a customer area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add signup and demo-booking flows from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most SaaS products launch with a focused landing site and broaden as they grow. Boardly is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, a product page, pricing, the Plan Picker and a contact page. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding solutions, per-use-case pages, a template library and a blog/changelog, so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is not only more pages, it is more conversion and more owned data. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a launch spike or a campaign burst is far less likely to slow it down or run up a server bill. When you are ready, switch on a customer/member area for docs and account content, and add CRM integration so every signup flows into your nurture flows.
Serving a regional or bilingual market? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing, though, is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days. When the product outgrows today’s setup, the same codebase extends instead of forcing you to start over.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add solutions, use-case pages and a template library as content rather than a rebuild
- The feature showcase, solutions nav and Plan Picker keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through launch spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Convert as you grow: signup forms, demo booking and a customer / member area for docs and account content
- Add channels as you grow: live-chat / WhatsApp, CRM integration and email nurture flows
- A multilingual content layer is available for regional or bilingual markets, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Boardly site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you edit features, pricing tiers, templates, testimonials and copy, update the Plan Picker’s dataset and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical founders and marketers get the hang of it quickly.
Running a SaaS marketing site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new feature section, a tweaked pricing tier, a fresh testimonial, an updated headline. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer” — your changes go live.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your features, plans and prices, the templates you show, the Plan Picker’s logic and options, your stats and testimonials, the signup and demo-request routing are all configurable from labelled fields, not buried in code. The form recipient and PDPA wording are editable too, so signups and demo requests reach the right inbox.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task above, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical founder or marketer to manage solo.
- Edit features — update any feature-showcase section, its copy, accent colour and benefit checklist.
- Edit pricing — change plan names, prices, feature lists and which tier is featured; the Plan Picker updates with it.
- Edit the Plan Picker — adjust the team-size, use-case and billing options and the recommendation logic.
- Edit templates — add or edit template cards and their detail pages.
- Update stats & testimonials — edit your by-the-numbers band and add new quotes in a click.
- Manage signups & demos — set the form recipient, routing and the PDPA consent wording so leads reach you.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage hero, section copy, about and contact pages without code.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top pages, Plan Picker usage and signups in Google Analytics, so you know what to improve.

SaaS product-landing / marketing website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Plan Picker, pricing tiers, signup & demo capture, the blog/changelog engine, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you SaaS marketing website in Singapore.
How much does a SaaS product-landing website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you SaaS product-landing / marketing website in Singapore costs between S$500 and S$1,800 with SGBP. The S$500 base covers a complete, mobile-ready SaaS site with the Plan Picker tool and pricing tiers built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a blog/changelog engine, a customer area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Boardly demo, your features, plans and templates set up, the Plan Picker tool, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most SaaS sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, a blog/changelog engine, a customer area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can edit features, pricing tiers and copy yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Plan Picker and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a visitor picks their team size, use case and billing cycle, and it recommends the right plan with its price, a feature list and a Start-free CTA. It removes the “which plan is for me?” friction that loses signups, and it is fully editable in the CMS, built from your own pricing dataset.
Is this a one-pager or a real marketing site?
It is a full multi-page SaaS marketing site — homepage, product/features, solutions with per-use-case pages, a templates gallery, pricing with FAQ, the Plan Picker, an about page and a signup/contact page. Not a single thin landing page.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can visitors sign up or book a demo, and can I capture leads?
Yes. Every build includes PDPA-aware signup and book-a-demo forms that route leads to your inbox. Add the CRM / email integration and signups also flow into HubSpot, Mailchimp or your CRM with welcome and follow-up flows.
Can the site have a blog or changelog?
Yes. Add the blog / changelog content engine and you get an SEO-ready hub for posts, guides and release notes, managed entirely from the CMS with Article schema for rich results. It is a reliable way to pull qualified search traffic over time.
Is this a shop — can it take payments or sell products?
No, and deliberately so. A SaaS product-landing site is a marketing, signup and lead-gen tool, not an e-commerce store, so there is no cart or checkout. The job of the site is to explain the product and convert visitors into trials and demos through the Plan Picker, feature showcase and signup forms. Your actual subscription billing lives inside your app, not on the marketing site.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and structured data, with your solution and template pages well suited to SaaS searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is lead and signup data handled under PDPA?
We handle your information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Signup and enquiry details are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a customer area, gated content is access-controlled.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, feature edits, Plan Picker wording and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on the product.
