The approach

An event film has one hard job: to make someone who could not be there wish they had been. We cover the build-up, the speeches that matter, the room when it finally lifts — and we cut it tight, because nobody rewatches a fourteen-minute recap.

We have filmed annual company dinners at hotel ballrooms, milestone birthdays at neighbourhood restaurants, and conference keynotes where the takeaway needed to travel further than the room. A same-day edit, screened before the night ends, lifts the energy more than anything else we do — and pulling it off is the part we love most.

You get a highlight film plus, if you want it, a short vertical cut for the post-event socials while the moment is still warm. We grade for the venue lighting so it looks like the night actually felt, not like a phone in a dark room.
