Pre-Wedding Films
A styled story film shot before the day, somewhere that means something to you.
The approach
A pre-wedding film is the one shoot you get to fully direct together. We plan it around a place that already holds meaning for the two of you — the void deck you grew up on, the stretch of East Coast where you had your first proper talk, the garden at Gardens by the Bay where the proposal happened.
We keep the crew small and the day unhurried. There is no script to perform; we set up a few gentle prompts and let the real version of you two carry it. The films that land hardest are usually the ones where nobody was trying to look like anything.
The finished piece is a two to three minute scored film, often played at the reception as the lights dim before the march-in. Couples frequently send it round the family chat the same week, which is exactly the point.
Good for: Couples who want a film to play at the dinner, or simply to mark the season.
Frames from recent pre-wedding work
"They shot us at the East Coast spot where Daniel proposed. No awkward posing, no shouting directions — it just felt like a really good afternoon that happened to be filmed."
