1. The short version
14 days, no questions asked. If you're unhappy with your delivered playbook for any reason within 14 days of delivery, email us or message us on WhatsApp and we will refund the full fee. No call required, no justification required.
We can afford to do this because we ship a small number of playbooks per week (max 4 per week — see the Terms of Service for context). Singapore is small enough that one frustrated customer is not worth the saved fee. We would rather refund and learn.
2. The full version
2.1 Eligible products
This refund policy covers:
- The Sector AI Workflow Playbook — one-time delivery of 12 sector-tuned AI workflow templates.
- Any other one-time deliverable we ship that is not explicitly excluded at scoping.
Different policies may apply to:
- Recurring retainers (S$1,500–3,500/mo AI-augmented full-stack engagements). Cancellation terms for these are set out in the individual scope of work; typically you can cancel at the end of any monthly billing cycle with no further commitment.
- Custom integration projects over a defined scope. Refund eligibility is defined per project at engagement.
2.2 Eligibility window
The 14-day refund window starts on the day we ship your delivered playbook to you (the day we send the Notion link via email or WhatsApp). It ends 14 calendar days later at 23:59 SGT.
Refund requests received within the window are processed in full. Requests received after the window are reviewed case-by-case; typically we don't refund a delivered playbook after 14 days, but we may offer a credit toward a future engagement if you have a fair concern.
2.3 What we don't ask you
To request a refund within the window, you do not need to:
- Tell us why.
- Sit through a "save the sale" call.
- Fill in a form.
- Wait through a probation period.
- Return or delete the Notion playbook (we revoke access ourselves on processing).
If you want to tell us what didn't work, we'd love the feedback — but it's never required.
2.4 How to request a refund
One of the following:
- Email hello@sgbp.tech with subject "Refund request — [your business name]". One line in the body is enough.
- WhatsApp Message us on WhatsApp with the same.
- Or simply reply to the delivery email with "I'd like a refund."
2.5 Processing time
- Stripe — refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
- HitPay (PayNow / SG card) — refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days.
- Bank transfer — we issue the wire within 2 business days; receipt time depends on your bank.
We acknowledge your refund request within 24 hours. We process the refund within 2 business days of acknowledgement.
2.6 What happens to your playbook on refund
On refund processing, we:
- Revoke your access to the Notion playbook page.
- Disable any active automations or n8n / Make.com configurations we set up on shared accounts.
- Mark the engagement as closed in our internal records.
- Retain the intake form data for 90 days for accounting + audit purposes, then delete (you can request earlier deletion via privacy@sgbp.tech).
Configurations you've already imported into your own n8n / Make / Zapier accounts remain yours — we cannot remove them. The licence to use them lapses on refund, but enforcing that lapse is on the honour system.
2.7 Chargebacks
We're a small business. If something goes wrong, please reach out before issuing a chargeback — we will almost certainly refund directly within 24 hours, and a chargeback costs us per-instance fees on top of the refund.
If you do file a chargeback, we will provide the payment processor with delivery proof and the timestamp of your engagement; the processor decides the outcome.
2.8 Repeat refunds
We honour every legitimate refund request. If we observe a pattern (e.g., the same business requesting refunds across multiple sector-LP engagements without sustained engagement), we reserve the right to decline future engagements with that business.
3. Why we offer this
Two reasons:
- Risk-reversal is the right way to sell. If you're unsure whether a sector playbook is the right thing for your business, you should be able to try it without locking in S$499. The refund window converts hesitation into action.
- It keeps us honest. Knowing every buyer can cancel within 14 days forces us to make sure each playbook is genuinely useful by Day 7. Generic templates wouldn't survive 14 days of buyer scrutiny.
