1. Agreement to terms
By visiting https://sgbp.tech, booking a call, sending us a WhatsApp message, or engaging us for the Sector AI Workflow Playbook, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. About SGBP
SGBP is a brand operated by Talonoid Technologies (Indian Private Limited Company). Singapore Private Limited registration in progress (planned 2026)
We design and deliver productized AI workflow playbooks for Singapore SMEs across F&B, Retail, Clinic, Property, Education, and Professional Services sectors.
3. The service we provide
The Sector AI Workflow Playbook consists of:
- A free 30-minute strategy call to scope your sector's biggest workflow drain.
- For paying clients: 12 sector-tuned AI workflow templates, delivered as a Notion document within 7 days of receiving your intake form.
- 2 of those workflows shipped as turn-key configuration files (importable into n8n or Make.com), with setup screenshots and a Loom walkthrough.
- Vendor stack documentation with current SGD pricing.
- A 90-day rollout plan tuned to your wage band.
- An optional follow-up 30-minute strategy call after delivery.
4. Booking, engagement, and delivery
- Booking — by booking a Calendly call, you reserve a 30-minute discussion slot. We confirm by email and may follow up on WhatsApp.
- Engagement — if you proceed as a paying client, we issue a written scope (email or signed document) confirming sector, deliverables, fee, and timeline.
- Intake form — within 24 hours of confirming the engagement, we send a 9-question intake form (~5 minutes to complete). The 7-day delivery clock starts when we receive your completed form.
- Capacity — to maintain quality, we accept a maximum of 4 new playbook deliveries per week.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for the Sector AI Workflow Playbook and any subsequent retainer engagements are quoted individually after the strategy call, in writing, before any commitment is required. We do not collect payment on this website. Payment is invoiced via supported processors (Stripe, HitPay, or bank transfer) once you confirm the scope.
All quoted fees exclude applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) which are added separately where required by law.
6. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions refund window from the date of delivery of your playbook. If you're unhappy for any reason within those 14 days, email hello@sgbp.tech or message us on WhatsApp and we will refund in full and revoke access to your delivered Notion playbook.
See the full Refund Policy for details on eligibility, processing times, and how chargebacks are handled.
7. Your obligations
- You will provide accurate information in the intake form.
- You will respond to reasonable clarification requests during the 7-day build window.
- You will not redistribute, resell, or repackage the delivered playbook for sale to others — the playbook is licensed for use within your own business only.
- You will not use the service to facilitate any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
8. Intellectual property
All content on https://sgbp.tech — text, design, code, sector research, and the playbook framework — is the intellectual property of Talonoid Technologies, protected under applicable copyright law.
Your delivered playbook: you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates, prompts, and configurations within your own business. The underlying framework remains our IP. You may modify and adapt the templates for your own use; you may not sell or distribute them as a competing product.
Workflow outputs: anything the AI workflows we deliver actually generate (your menu copy, your patient FAQ chatbot responses, your customer messages) belongs to you.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share during scoping, intake, and engagement as confidential. We do not share your business specifics with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We may anonymise and aggregate data across clients for our own benchmark research (e.g., "20% of SG F&B operators we've worked with use Wati for WhatsApp") but we will not name you or include identifying details.
10. Warranties + disclaimers
What we warrant: that we will deliver the playbook within the agreed timeline, that the templates will be genuinely tuned to your sector (not generic), and that we hold no undisclosed vendor commissions on any tool we recommend.
What we don't warrant: a specific business outcome. AI tools and workflow automation produce results that depend on your team's adoption, your data quality, your market conditions, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue uplift, hours saved, or ROI numbers — though we provide honest estimates anchored on OECD and OCBC data, marked as estimates with confidence ranges.
The website and playbook are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: gross negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12. Third-party tools
The playbooks recommend and configure third-party tools (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Zapier, WhatsApp Business API, etc.). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, billing changes, or policy changes by third-party vendors. We will note any major vendor disruption in our weekly client communication.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. If termination occurs:
- Within the 14-day refund window — full refund as per Refund Policy.
- After the 14-day window — no refund for delivered playbook; ongoing retainer engagements (if any) terminate at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
- By us, for breach by you — we may terminate immediately and refund pro-rated unused fees if applicable.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Once SGBP completes Singapore Pte Ltd incorporation, governing law will move to Singapore.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
