What does a Cresvale website actually do for my Singapore accounting or corporate-services firm?
It turns your firm's website into a lead-generation machine in about a week from S$500 — a fast, affordable launch instead of a S$5,000–15,000 custom agency build. You get an authoritative, trust-led site you can try yourself in the live demo, the signature Fee Estimator that converts browsers into qualified enquiries, an asset you own outright, and running costs from S$15/mo rather than an open-ended retainer.
Speed and cost are the headline win. A custom website for a Singapore accounting or corporate-services firm typically runs S$5,000–15,000 from an agency and can stretch over months, while a generic template is cheap but rarely conveys the precision and trust that founders look for when handing over their books, tax and compliance. Cresvale gives you a polished, professional firm site, customised to your services and brand, live in 7–14 days from S$500 — so your enquiries start coming in sooner and your cash is not tied up in a long build.
Crucially, it is built to convert, not just to look credible. The signature Corporate Services Fee Estimator is the star: a prospect picks their entity type, ticks the services they need — incorporation, bookkeeping, payroll, GST filing, corporate tax, secretarial — and the tool returns an indicative monthly and annual fee with an itemised breakdown, then funnels them straight into a tailored-quote enquiry. It pre-qualifies leads and removes the "how much will this cost?" friction that makes prospects bounce, so the enquiries that reach your inbox already know your pricing and are ready to talk.
Finally, it is an asset you own and can grow, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you can add a new service, publish a tax-deadline reminder or update your fees yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo — instead of an open-ended agency retainer. Start lean at S$500, then add an insights blog, a client portal, an SEO pack, CRM integration or a multilingual build as the firm grows, up to around S$2,000 for a fully loaded site.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$500 — versus the S$5,000–15,000 and months a custom agency firm-website build typically takes in Singapore.
- The Fee Estimator pre-qualifies leads and converts browsers into priced enquiries — a lead engine no generic template delivers.
- Built-in trust for a profession that lives on it: ACRA / IRAS-aware messaging, credentials, client testimonials and a confident, precise design.
- Mobile-first and fast — the way founders research firms — with clean SEO markup baked in.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — grow and edit it yourself, no agency lock-in or per-change fees.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended monthly retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Cresvale site fix that DIY and freelancers don't?
It removes what frustrates most Singapore firm owners: slow launches, a look that doesn't feel credible, sites that don't generate enquiries, pages you can't edit, agency lock-in, missing SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, lead-generating firm website — with the Fee Estimator, service pages and PDPA-aware enquiry forms built in — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$500.
Most accounting and corporate-services firms in Singapore try one of four routes for their website and hit the same wall. A free template looks generic and does nothing to communicate the rigour and trust a finance professional needs to project. A cheap freelancer can disappear mid-build or hand over something you cannot touch. A full agency may quote five figures and tie you to their platform. And DIY eats the hours you would rather spend serving clients and filing on time. Cresvale is designed to remove each of those frustrations, not just shuffle them around.
Speed: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, conversion-focused firm demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days. Trust: choosing an accountant is a high-trust decision, so the credentials, ACRA / IRAS-aware messaging, real client testimonials, SSL and a professional, precise design help even a young firm look established and safe from the first click.
Enquiries, not just a brochure: a prospect who cannot see roughly what they will pay, or who has to dig for a contact form, often leaves. The Fee Estimator gives them an instant indicative quote and routes them into a tailored enquiry, while PDPA-aware lead forms, a consultation-booking option and click-to-WhatsApp capture the people who are ready to talk — solving the "nice site, no leads" problem that quietly wastes a firm's marketing spend.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you are never tied to an agency retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. And pricing is a transparent customiser from S$500 to S$2,000 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague "it depends" invoices.
- Too slow to launch → Your site is built from the live Cresvale demo and typically handed over in 7–14 days, so you can start generating enquiries fast.
- Doesn't feel credible → Credentials, ACRA / IRAS-aware messaging, real testimonials, SSL and a precise, professional design make a new firm feel trustworthy.
- Visitors don't enquire → The Fee Estimator gives instant indicative pricing and routes prospects into qualified enquiries; booking and WhatsApp capture the rest.
- Can't edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS plus a plain-English handover manual let you change services, fees and insights without paying anyone.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code and can host it anywhere; managed hosting (from S$15/mo) and a care plan (from S$150/mo) are optional, never compulsory.
- No SEO foundation → On-page SEO, clean markup and GA4 are delivered as standard, with an advanced SEO/AEO pack available to push harder on accounting-search visibility.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$500 to S$2,000 up front, with 3 revision rounds included and any extra rounds clearly priced at S$200.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your firm's website?
For a Singapore accounting or corporate-services firm, SGBP customises the live Cresvale website — Fee Estimator, service pages, lead forms and all — in 7–14 days from S$500 to S$2,000, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; DIY is cheapest in cash but slow and rarely builds the trust founders need.
Most Singapore agencies do excellent work, but a custom firm-website build is often a five-figure scope spread over weeks of discovery calls, wireframes and revisions — and many keep you on their platform and a retainer. You can end up paying for process you do not need when there is already a proven, conversion-tested firm-website design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely from person to person — and profession-specific touches like the Corporate Services Fee Estimator, per-service detail pages, PDPA-aware enquiry routing, a secure client portal and a credible, authoritative layout are rarely built in. DIY on a template platform is the lowest cash outlay, but it can quietly cost weeks of your time, and the result often fails to win the trust of founders choosing who handles their finances.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Cresvale demo, so you can see and click exactly what you are buying before you commit, then we customise it to your firm and services. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware lead handling, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid "add-ons" elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$500 to S$2,000 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency firm-website build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and a CMS you can edit yourself — no agency lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Cresvale demo is the actual product, Fee Estimator and all, so there is no guesswork about quality or layout.
- Built for generating leads: the Fee Estimator, per-service pages, PDPA-aware lead forms, booking and WhatsApp are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: ACRA / IRAS-aware copy, PDPA-aware data handling and credible local trust signals.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off — never required to launch.

What is under the hood of your Cresvale firm website?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it is served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast and reliable — important when a prospect is judging your firm by how polished and professional the site feels.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: images are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the service grid, feature bands and the interactive Fee Estimator stay snappy on mobile, where many founders first research firms. The Fee Estimator's logic — entity selection, service toggles and the monthly / annual calculation — runs efficiently client-side, so a prospect gets their indicative figure instantly.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, lead forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — essential when you capture company and enquiry details. The optional client-portal add-on gives your clients a login-gated area for documents and filings with appropriate access controls. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Fee Estimator runs efficiently client-side for instant quotes
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of enquiry & company data
- Optional secure client portal with login-gated document access
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Cresvale firm website rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (Service, FAQ, Breadcrumb, Organization, ProfessionalService), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — ACRA, IRAS, PDPA, areaServed Singapore, SGD-aware copy — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants the structure they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of done-for-you firm sites are built to look smart and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can really tell what services you offer or who you serve. We build the opposite. Your Cresvale site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text on every image, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure — the foundation search engines and crawlers reward. Rankings always depend on your services and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here is what the jargon means in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like "company incorporation Singapore" or "corporate secretarial services SG". AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and AIO (AI Optimisation) help your site get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks "when must my company register for GST?" or "how much does it cost to incorporate in Singapore?". GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa — short, spoken-friendly answers a prospect can ask for hands-free.
The engine behind this is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: Service and ProfessionalService markup so listings describe exactly what you do; FAQPage so your incorporation, GST, tax and compliance answers can be lifted into AI replies; BreadcrumbList so your service hierarchy is machine-readable; and Organization so your firm, credentials and Singapore service area are unambiguous. The Fee Estimator and your insights content are a natural fit for accounting long-tail and AI-Overview queries. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$500 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags — built for crawlers and AI parsers, not just browsers.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: Service, ProfessionalService, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList and Organization — your services and FAQs become eligible for Google rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Fee Estimator and insights content target high-intent accounting long-tail: "cost to incorporate in Singapore", "when to register for GST", and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — page experience is a Google ranking factor and keeps prospects from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: service and FAQ copy written question-led and concise, so AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote it cleanly and voice assistants can read it aloud.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing) so new pages get found and indexed sooner.
- Singapore signals: ACRA / IRAS-aware copy, PDPA-aware data handling, areaServed Singapore and natural local terms like "Singapore Pte Ltd" and "islandwide".
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — add a service and its SEO fields and schema update automatically, no developer needed.

What does each page of my Cresvale firm website actually look like?
You get a full corporate-services firm site, not a template: a value-statement homepage, a services overview, individual service detail pages, the signature Fee Estimator, an insights/news section, an about page with story and team, and a PDPA-aware contact page with a lead form — rebuilt with your firm, services and brand.
We start from the live Cresvale demo and rebuild every page around your firm, services and tone. Nothing stays as filler: your services, fees, copy, imagery and credentials replace the demo content, and each page keeps the conversion features that make the demo work — the service grid, feature bands, the Fee Estimator and the enquiry forms — wired to your business.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, secure PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a service or publish a deadline reminder long after handover. The pages below are what is included in the base S$500 build; more pages, an insights blog, advanced SEO, a client portal and a multilingual build are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,000.
Singapore signals are built in where they help prospects trust and enquire: the copy references ACRA, IRAS and MOM where relevant, the Fee Estimator works in SGD, and the lead forms are PDPA-aware. There is no cart — this is a pure lead-generation site. You own 100% of the code, and it is typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a confident value-statement hero with trust signals and a Get-a-quote CTA, an intro band, the line-icon service grid, per-service feature bands, the Fee Estimator, "what makes us different" value props, an animated stats band, a testimonials marquee, insights and a locations / CTA block — all rebranded to your firm.
- Services overview — every corporate service (incorporation, accounting, payroll, secretarial, GST & tax, audit, XBRL, advisory) as a line-icon card with a from-price, plus a "why an integrated firm" block.
- Service detail pages — one page per service (built with getStaticPaths) with a header, an overview band with imagery, an itemised "what's included" grid, service-specific FAQs and links to other services.
- Fee Estimator — the signature tool: pick an entity type, tick the services you need (with bookkeeping volume and payroll headcount inputs), and get an instant indicative monthly and annual fee with an itemised breakdown that routes into a tailored-quote enquiry.
- Insights & news — a featured article plus a filterable grid of guides on incorporation, tax, GST, compliance, payroll and advisory, with a newsletter capture for deadline reminders.
- About — a firm-story band, an animated stats strip, value props, a journey timeline, a leadership grid, a client quote and a locations block that builds trust and supports SEO with real, editable copy.
- Contact — a PDPA-aware lead form with service routing (no cart), direct contact details, your UEN and ACRA filing-agent number, a link to the Fee Estimator and a reassurance strip on confidentiality, fixed fees and painless switching.

Can the Cresvale site grow from a lean 5-page firm site to a full multilingual practice website?
Yes. Your site starts lean at 5 pages and scales to 20+ pages, a full insights blog, individual service and industry pages and even a multilingual build. Add a secure client portal, CRM integration, consultation booking and an advanced SEO pack as you grow. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most accounting and corporate-services firms in Singapore start focused — a handful of services and a clean five-page site — then expand as the practice grows. Cresvale is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight site covering your core services and the Fee Estimator. As you add service lines and content, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, add a dedicated page per service, build out an industry or solution section, and publish an insights blog that pulls in long-tail search traffic — all without a rebuild.
Growth is not only more pages, it is more capability. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so it stays quick and reliable as your traffic grows, and your optional Managed Hosting keeps it online. (Choose WordPress or Webflow instead and you get a hardened, CDN-served build on that platform.) When you are ready to serve clients better, add a secure client portal for documents and filings, wire enquiries straight into your CRM, and let prospects book a discovery call from the site.
Serving clients in more than one language or expanding regionally? A multilingual build with a language switcher and hreflang can be layered in, with English staying native for your Singapore market. The real future-proofing, though, is ownership: you hold 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days. You are never trapped by locked themes or an agency you cannot leave — when the practice outgrows today's setup, the same codebase extends instead of forcing you to start over.
- Pages scale from a lean 5 to 20+, with a dedicated page per service plus industry / solution sections
- Add an insights blog to target accounting long-tail and AI-Overview queries as you grow
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast and reliable as traffic grows; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Add capability over time: a secure client portal, CRM integration and consultation booking
- Capture more enquiries: PDPA-aware lead forms, live chat / WhatsApp and routing to the right team
- Multilingual build with a language switcher and hreflang for bilingual or regional practices
- You own 100% of the code, so there is no forced re-platform and no lock-in as you scale

Can I run my Cresvale firm website myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add or edit services, change fees in the Fee Estimator, publish insights, update your team and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical firm owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a firm's website is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new service, a fee change, a fresh tax-deadline reminder, a new team member, an updated testimonial. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no "please email the developer" — your changes go live on the site.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your service cards and detail pages, the Fee Estimator's entity types, service options and fee figures, the insights blog, the leadership and testimonials sections, your lead-form routing and (if added) the client portal and CRM connection are all configurable from labelled fields, not buried in code. Your fees are wired in so the estimator stays accurate as you adjust pricing.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task above, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical firm owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a service — set the title, blurb, icon, overview, "what's included" items, FAQs and from-price, then publish; it appears in the service grid, the menu and the Fee Estimator automatically.
- Update the Fee Estimator — adjust entity types, service options, bookkeeping and payroll tiers and the fee figures so your indicative quotes stay accurate.
- Publish an insight — write a compliance guide or deadline reminder in the editor, add a cover image and SEO title/description, and it goes live with clean, search-friendly markup.
- Edit a page or banner — update the homepage hero, value props, About story, team and Contact details in a click.
- Manage enquiries — see where each lead came from and which service they picked; route forms to the right inbox or CRM.
- Update team & testimonials — add a leader, swap a headshot or publish a new client quote from labelled fields.
- Configure the client portal — if added, manage client logins and the documents they can access, with PDPA-aware controls.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top services, Fee Estimator completions and enquiries in Google Analytics, so you know what to promote next.

Accounting / corporate-services firm website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what's included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Fee Estimator, lead capture, a client portal, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you accounting or corporate-services firm website in Singapore.
How much does an accounting or corporate-services firm website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you firm website in Singapore costs between S$500 and S$2,000 with SGBP. The S$500 base covers a complete, mobile-ready site with the Corporate Services Fee Estimator built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, an insights blog, a client portal or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Cresvale demo, your services set up, the Fee Estimator, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware lead forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most firm websites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. More pages, a client portal, CRM integration or a multilingual build can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and the site outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add services, change fees, publish insights and edit your team yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants the plugin ecosystem, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
How does the Corporate Services Fee Estimator work, and can I edit it?
A prospect picks their entity type and ticks the services they need — incorporation, bookkeeping, payroll, GST filing, corporate tax, secretarial — and the tool returns an indicative monthly and annual fee with an itemised breakdown, then routes them into a tailored-quote enquiry. You can edit the entity types, service options and every fee figure yourself in the CMS, so it always reflects your real pricing.
Is this a lead-generation site or does it have a shopping cart?
It is a pure lead-generation site — there is no cart or online checkout. The goal is qualified enquiries: the Fee Estimator pre-qualifies prospects, and PDPA-aware lead forms, an optional consultation-booking tool and click-to-WhatsApp capture the people ready to talk. (The "GST filing" you see is a service your firm offers its clients, not a charge on this website.)
Can the site have a secure client portal?
Yes. Add the client-portal option and your clients get a login-gated area to access documents, payslips and filings, with PDPA-aware access controls. It is an optional add-on in the customiser, not part of the base build.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and structured data, with the Fee Estimator and insights content well suited to accounting searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is client data handled under PDPA?
We handle your information in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Enquiry and company details captured through your forms are stored securely, consented and never sold. If you add the client portal, documents are access-controlled.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, Fee Estimator edits and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on your clients.
How do I pay SGBP, and is the design unique or a template?
You pay SGBP securely in Singapore dollars via PayNow and receive an itemised invoice. You start from the proven Cresvale design you can see and click in the live demo, then we customise it to your firm — your name, logo, colours, services, copy, imagery and Fee Estimator. It is a tailored build on a conversion-tested foundation, not a generic theme dump.
