What does an Inklings site actually do for my Singapore enrichment centre?
It turns your centre’s website into a trial-booking engine in about a week from S$900. You get a warm, credible site you can try yourself in the live demo, a trial-booking / enquiry flow, the signature Writing Class Finder that matches a child to a class instantly, per-programme and level pages, a fees & schedule page and success stories — all built to turn searching parents into booked trials, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Singapore parents choose an enrichment centre on trust and fit — yet plenty of tuition and writing centres run a single Facebook page, a WhatsApp number and a PDF timetable, so a parent searching at 11pm has no way to see the programmes, the fees or how to start. Inklings flips that: it’s a warm, conversion-focused site with a full-bleed classroom hero, a count-up stats band, per-level programme pages, a fees & schedule page and an instant class finder, so a parent can go from "P5 English help" to a booked trial in a couple of taps.
The signature Writing Class Finder is the engine. A parent picks their child’s level and what they most need — composition, comprehension, creative writing or oral — and it recommends a specific class, shows a sample weekly slot and the per-term fee, then drops them into WhatsApp with the request pre-filled. It does the "which class and how much" work for you instantly, sets expectations up front, and lands the enquiry warm rather than cold — the single biggest difference between a site that browses and a site that books trials.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update programmes, levels, term fees and the class finder yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add an online trial calendar, a parent portal, CRM integration or level / location pages as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real trial-booking engine, not a single Facebook page.
- The Writing Class Finder matches a child to a class instantly and drops parents into WhatsApp warm.
- Trial-booking / enquiry turns late-night parent searches into booked trial lessons.
- A photo hero, stats band, programme pages and a fees page built around how parents pick a centre.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update programmes and fees yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Inklings site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most enrichment centres: a Facebook-and-WhatsApp presence with no way to browse programmes or fees, no way to match a child to a class, a look that doesn’t feel premium enough for the fees you charge, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, trial-booking, conversion-built English & writing website — with the Writing Class Finder, booking flow, programme pages, a fees & schedule page and success stories — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most centres trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A Facebook page can’t be searched properly on Google, has no programme pages or fees, and turns every enquiry into a comment-and-DM chase. A cheap one-page site has no class finder and nothing to compare. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Inklings is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, trial-booking enrichment demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a photo hero, the Writing Class Finder, per-level programme pages, a fees & schedule page, success stories and a booking flow that actually turn parent searches into booked trials.
A look that earns the fees you charge: the design is a warm, academic system with a friendly serif display, an amber-and-teal palette, programme cards and an orange-tab milestones timeline, so it reads as an established, premium centre rather than a recoloured template. The programme pages and class finder do the "which class, how much and how soon" work that a Facebook grid never can — on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague "it depends" invoices.
- Facebook-and-WhatsApp only → A trial-booking / enquiry flow with CTAs on every page.
- Every enquiry is a manual DM chase → The Writing Class Finder matches and routes parents before they reach you.
- Nothing to browse or compare → Per-programme and level pages with a transparent fees & schedule page.
- Doesn’t look premium → A warm, academic design with a serif display and a milestones timeline, tailored to your brand.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update programmes, levels and term fees without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your enrichment-centre site?
For a Singapore enrichment centre, SGBP customises the live Inklings site — Writing Class Finder, trial booking, programme pages, fees & schedule and success stories — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or looks premium enough for tuition fees.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom booking-driven centre site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, trial-booking enrichment design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and education-specific touches like the Writing Class Finder, a trial-booking flow, per-level programme pages, an academic-milestones timeline and a fees & schedule page are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom looks premium enough for the fees you charge, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of teaching.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Inklings demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand and programmes. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid "add-ons" elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Inklings demo is the actual product, Writing Class Finder and trial flow and all.
- Built to convert: the Class Finder, trial booking, photo hero, programme pages and fees page are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, MOE-aligned language and SGD per-term fees throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Inklings enrichment site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during an enrolment rush or an ad campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the hero image and programme photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the hero, the programme grid and the interactive Writing Class Finder stay snappy on every device — including the phones most parents browse from. The Class Finder’s matching runs efficiently client-side, so the recommended class appears instantly as the parent taps.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the trial and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when parents share a child’s name, school and contact details. Add CRM integration and every trial enquiry pipes straight into your centre CRM or mailer. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Writing Class Finder runs efficiently client-side for instant matching
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of trial & enquiry data
- Spam-protected trial & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Inklings site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (EducationalOrganization, Course, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local towns, MOE / PSLE / O-Level terms, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of tuition sites are built to look fine and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what programmes you offer or where you cover. We build the opposite. Your Inklings site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like "PSLE English tuition Bukit Timah" or "secondary English writing class Singapore". AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when a parent asks "where can my P5 child get help with composition in Singapore?". GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: EducationalOrganization and Course markup so your centre and programmes are machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, optional level / location pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: EducationalOrganization, Course, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Programme pages target high-intent local long-tail: "P6 composition class Tampines", "O-Level English tuition Singapore" and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps parents from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: programme copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local towns, MOE / PSLE / O-Level terms, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a programme and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Inklings enrichment site actually look like?
You get a full centre site, not a single page: a full-bleed classroom homepage, a programmes listing, a detail page per programme / level, a fees & schedule page, a success-stories page, an about page, a book-a-trial / contact page, an FAQ and a dedicated page for the signature Writing Class Finder — rebuilt with your brand, programmes and tone.
We start from the live Inklings demo and rebuild every page around your centre, brand and programmes. Nothing stays as filler: your programmes, levels, term fees, copy, imagery, teachers and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the photo hero, the stats band, the Writing Class Finder, the programme pages and the trial-booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a programme or update a term fee long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, an online trial calendar, advanced SEO, a parent portal and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: MOE-aligned programme language, PSLE and O-Level references, local town and MRT mentions, and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a full-bleed classroom hero, a count-up stats band, a five-card programme grid, a news & highlights row, a "what sets us apart" section, the Writing Class Finder, a results band, parent testimonials and a book-a-trial CTA — all rebranded to you.
- Programmes — every programme grouped by level (preschool, primary, secondary, online & holidays), each card with a blurb, format, from-fee and a register CTA.
- Programme detail — a dark photo banner, a "does your child struggle with…" checklist, your expert solution, key learning components and an academic-milestones timeline.
- Writing Class Finder — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool, an explainer and how placement works.
- Fees & schedule — a transparent per-term fee table by level, the term calendar and how registration works.
- Success stories — an honour roll of results and a wall of parent reviews across your centres.
- About — your centre’s story, your method, the teachers, why-us reasons and trust stats.
- Book a trial & contact — a trial-booking / enquiry form (no cart): level, programme, centre, timing and a PDPA-aware consent, plus a WhatsApp option and your centres.
- FAQ — an accordion of common parent questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — a full dark footer with programme, centre and contact columns, plus a sticky header with a gold trial CTA and a WhatsApp button.

Can the Inklings site scale from one room to a multi-centre, multi-programme brand as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page centre brand with a full programme library, level / location pages, an online trial calendar, a parent / student portal, CRM integration and even a second language. Add WhatsApp booking and enquiry capture from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most enrichment centres launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Inklings is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, programmes, the class finder, fees and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per programme and level, location pages for the towns you cover and an exam-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so an enrolment rush before a new term or an ad spike is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on an online trial calendar so parents self-book a slot, and add CRM integration so every enquiry flows into your follow-up and re-enrolment reminders.
Serving more families? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add programmes, levels, location pages and a tips engine as content rather than a rebuild
- The programme pages, Writing Class Finder and trial flow keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through enrolment rushes or campaign spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online trial calendar plus CRM integration for re-enrolment reminders
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a parent / student portal for enrolled families
- A multilingual content layer is available for more families, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Inklings site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit programmes, levels, term fees, the Writing Class Finder’s classes and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical centre owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a centre site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new programme, a fee change for the new term, a fresh classroom photo, a teacher joining. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no "please email the developer".
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your programmes and levels, the Writing Class Finder’s class list and term fees, your timetable, your centre details and the trial-form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so trial enquiries reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a programme — set the name, level, blurb, format and from-fee, and it appears in the listing and the Class Finder automatically.
- Edit the Writing Class Finder — adjust the classes, slots and term fees so recommendations stay accurate.
- Update fees — change any term fee in a click; the fees table and finder update together.
- Manage the schedule — edit the timetable and term calendar each term.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage hero, about and contact copy without code.
- Manage trial enquiries — set the form recipient, level / programme routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top programmes, Class Finder usage and trial enquiries in Google Analytics.

English & writing enrichment website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Writing Class Finder, trial booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you English & writing enrichment website in Singapore.
How much does an English & writing enrichment website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you enrichment website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready centre site with the Writing Class Finder tool and a trial-booking / enquiry flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, an online trial calendar, a parent portal or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Inklings demo, your programmes and term fees set up, the Writing Class Finder tool, a trial-booking / enquiry flow, per-programme and level pages, a fees & schedule page, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most enrichment sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, level / location pages, an online trial calendar, a parent portal or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add programmes, change term fees and refresh classroom photos yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Writing Class Finder and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a parent picks their child’s level and what they most need — composition, comprehension, creative writing or oral — and it recommends a specific class, shows a sample weekly slot and the per-term fee, then drops them into WhatsApp with the request pre-filled. It does the "which class and how much" work for you instantly and lands the enquiry warm. It is fully editable in the CMS, so your classes and term fees drive it.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. An enrichment centre is a trial-and-enrolment business, so the site has a trial-booking / enquiry flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn parent searches into booked trials via the Writing Class Finder, programme pages, a fees & schedule page, success stories, a trial form and WhatsApp. Even fees are presented for transparency and enquiry, not checkout.
Will the design actually look premium, or is it a recoloured template?
It is a genuinely distinct, academic design — a warm amber-and-teal palette with a friendly serif display, a full-bleed classroom hero, programme cards and an orange-tab milestones timeline — built to read as an established, trusted centre. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your centre rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can parents book a trial over WhatsApp and via a form?
Yes. Every build includes WhatsApp-friendly CTAs throughout plus a PDPA-aware trial-booking / enquiry form that routes to your inbox. Add the online trial calendar for true self-service slot booking, and CRM integration to pipe enquiries into your follow-up and re-enrolment reminders.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and EducationalOrganization, Course, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local tuition searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, optional level / location pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is parent and student data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Trial and enquiry details, including a child’s name and school, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a parent portal, gated content is access-controlled.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, Class Finder fee changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on teaching.
Can the site handle multiple centres and a full programme library?
Yes. The site scales from a focused five-page presence to a 20+ page brand with a detail page per programme and level, location pages per centre, an online trial calendar and a parent portal. Because you own the code, growing is a content exercise, not a costly re-platform.
