A visitor picks a budget band in SGD, a target market and an objective — rental yield, capital growth, or own-stay / relocation — and the tool returns a live indicative match: a market, a typical project type, an entry price and a projected gross-yield range, with a pre-filled consultation CTA. Every figure is labelled indicative. The budget bands, entry prices and yield ranges all live in your CMS, so you update them yourself with no code change.
Can prospects book a consultation and pay a retainer or deposit?
Yes. Every build includes a PDPA-aware consultation form that captures budget, market and objective.
