What does an Evermore-style site actually do for my wedding-planning studio in Singapore?
It gives you a website that books consultations, not just one that looks pretty — live in about a week from S$500 instead of a S$5,000+ custom build. You get an editorial planner site you can try in the live demo, a Planning Package Finder that turns browsers into qualified enquiries, an asset you own outright, and running costs from S$15/mo rather than an open-ended retainer.
Couples choose a wedding planner on feeling and trust, and both are decided in the first ten seconds on your site. A bespoke planner website from a Singapore agency typically runs several thousand dollars and drags over weeks of calls, while a generic template is cheap but makes a careful, premium studio look like everyone else. The Evermore build gives you a calm, editorial site, customised to your real weddings and brand, live in 7–14 days from S$500 — so you can start sending a link that actually converts this month, not next quarter.
Crucially, it is built to win consultations, not just admiration. Every element you can click in the live demo earns its place: the real-weddings portfolio and per-wedding case pages prove you can deliver, the calm process timeline answers the “what’s it like to work with you?” question, the testimonials build trust, and the signature Planning Package Finder lets a couple self-qualify into a package and an indicative fee before they ever fill in a form — so the enquiries that reach you are warmer and better-matched.
Finally, it is an asset you own and can grow, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you add each new wedding as you shoot it, refresh your hero, or adjust your fees yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo — instead of an open-ended retainer. Start lean at S$500, then add a journal, an SEO pack, consultation booking or a bigger portfolio as the studio grows, up to around S$1,800 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$500 — versus the several thousand dollars and weeks a custom planner site typically takes in Singapore.
- Enquiry funnel built in: a real-weddings portfolio, a process timeline, testimonials and the Planning Package Finder, all designed to turn browsers into consultations.
- Warmer, better-matched leads: the Package Finder lets couples self-qualify into a package and indicative fee before they enquire.
- Mobile-first and fast — the way couples first find a planner on Instagram — with heavy wedding galleries tuned to Core Web Vitals.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — add real weddings and edit fees yourself, no agency lock-in or per-change fees.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended monthly retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Evermore site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes the seven things that frustrate most Singapore planners: slow launches, a portfolio that looks generic, galleries that load slowly, sites you can’t update yourself, agency lock-in, no SEO and vague enquiries that waste consultations. You get a complete, editorial planner site with a Package Finder you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$500.
Most wedding planners try one of four routes and hit the same wall. A free template makes a premium, considered studio look like a budget one and crushes your beautiful weddings into slow, cramped grids. A cheap web freelancer can disappear mid-build or hand over something you cannot touch. A full agency may quote several thousand dollars and tie you to their platform. And DIY eats the evenings you would rather spend planning weddings. The Evermore build is designed to remove each of those frustrations, not just shift them around.
Speed and craft: instead of months of fiddling, your site is customised from a proven, editorial planner demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days, with your real weddings laid out as case pages that make each one feel like a story rather than a thumbnail. Credibility: the calm editorial layout, the process timeline, testimonials and a considered about page help a newer studio look established — which matters enormously when a couple is deciding whether to trust you with the most important day of their lives.
Conversion and qualification: this is not a digital scrapbook. The real-weddings portfolio, the testimonials, a clear services and packages section, and the signature Planning Package Finder are all built to move a couple from admiring your work to enquiring — and to qualify them first, so you spend consultations on couples who fit your scope and budget rather than mismatched leads.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you are never tied to an agency retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. And pricing is a transparent customiser from S$500 to S$1,800 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague ‘it depends’ invoices.
- Too slow to launch → Your site is built from the live Evermore demo and typically handed over in 7–14 days, so you can pitch with a real link sooner.
- Looks generic → A calm, editorial layout, a process timeline and a considered about page help a planner look established and trustworthy.
- Slow, cramped galleries → Full-bleed, lazy-loaded wedding galleries tuned to Core Web Vitals so heavy image sets stay sharp and fast on mobile.
- Can’t update it yourself → A self-editable CMS plus a plain-English manual let you add a new wedding, swap a hero or edit fees without paying anyone.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code and can host it anywhere; managed hosting (from S$15/mo) and a care plan (from S$150/mo) are optional, never compulsory.
- No SEO foundation → On-page SEO, clean markup and GA4 are delivered as standard, with an advanced SEO/AEO pack available if you want to push harder on visibility.
- Vague enquiries → The Planning Package Finder qualifies couples into a package and indicative fee first, so the enquiries you receive are warmer and better-matched.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your planner website?
For a Singapore wedding-planner website, SGBP customises the live Evermore site in 7–14 days from S$500 to S$1,800, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; web freelancers vary widely; DIY template builders are cheapest in cash but slow and rarely do wedding galleries or a planner’s credibility justice.
Most Singapore agencies do excellent work, but a custom planner website is often a four- to five-figure scope spread over several weeks of discovery calls, wireframes and revisions — and many keep you on their platform and a retainer. You can end up paying for process you do not need when there is already a proven, editorial planner design ready to customise to your weddings.
A web freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely from person to person — and planner-specific touches like a filterable weddings index, per-wedding case galleries, a process timeline and a Package Finder enquiry funnel are rarely built in. DIY on a template builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it can quietly cost you evenings, and the result often makes a careful studio look generic.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Evermore demo, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you commit, then we customise it to your brand, real weddings and fees. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, a PDPA-aware enquiry form, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid ‘add-ons’ elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$500 to S$1,800 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and a CMS you can edit yourself — no agency lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Evermore demo is the actual product, so there is no guesswork about quality or layout.
- Built for planners: a real-weddings portfolio, case galleries, a process timeline and the Planning Package Finder are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: a PDPA-aware enquiry form, SGD fees and an optional PayNow consultation deposit.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off — never required to launch.

What is under the hood of your Evermore planner website?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style build, served over a global CDN with modern image compression and caching. It is fast even with heavy wedding galleries, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured, PDPA-aware, and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript — ideal for an image-heavy planner site because pages stay light even when a wedding case page carries a dozen full-bleed frames. Prefer a hosted platform? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250), Webflow (+S$200) or Squarespace-style (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it is served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching.
We tune hard for Core Web Vitals because galleries are where most planner sites slow down. Wedding images are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, and the portfolio and case pages stay snappy on mobile — where most couples first open your link from Instagram or a friend’s recommendation.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the enquiry form is spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware. Add the consultation-deposit feature and you get PCI-compliant payments through HitPay, including PayNow, so a keen couple can secure a date on the spot. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style build
- Image-optimised: lazy-loaded WebP/AVIF, set dimensions, gallery-tuned
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware enquiry handling
- PCI-compliant consultation-deposit payments via HitPay with PayNow (booking add-on)
- Clean SEO markup, XML/image sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my planner website rank on Google and get quoted when someone asks an AI for a wedding planner in Singapore?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, ImageObject, FAQ, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML/image sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first copy and Singapore signals — SGD fees, PDPA, areaServed Singapore, real venues — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants the structure they need to surface and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of done-for-you planner sites are built to look good and little else — images with no alt text, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can really tell who you are or what kind of weddings you plan. We build the opposite. Your Evermore site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text on every wedding image, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure — the foundation search engines and crawlers reward. Rankings always depend on your competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here is what the jargon means in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like ‘wedding planner Singapore’ or ‘day-of coordination Singapore’. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and AIO (AI Optimisation) help your studio get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks ‘who is a good wedding planner in Singapore for a multicultural wedding?’. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa — short, spoken-friendly answers they can read aloud.
The engine behind this is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness and Service markup so your services and area are machine-readable; ImageObject markup so your weddings are crawlable; FAQPage so your fees and process answers can be lifted into AI replies; and BreadcrumbList so sections like Weddings → Ballroom are crawlable. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$500 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags — built for crawlers and AI parsers, not just browsers.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, ImageObject, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList — your studio, services and FAQs become readable by Google and AI engines.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — page experience is a Google ranking factor and keeps couples from bouncing off a slow gallery.
- Answer-first content: about, services and FAQ copy written question-led and concise, so AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity can quote it and voice assistants can read it aloud.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing) so new weddings get found and indexed sooner.
- Singapore signals: SGD fees, PDPA-aware data handling, areaServed Singapore and real local venues so you surface for local wedding searches.
- On-page SEO on every page, included from the S$500 base — titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph and Twitter cards for clean social and AI link previews.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — add a wedding and its SEO fields and schema update automatically, no developer needed.

What does each page of my Evermore planner website actually look like?
You get a full wedding-planner site, not a template: an editorial photo-hero homepage, a real-weddings portfolio, per-wedding case pages with galleries, a services & process page, individual service pages, a packages page, the Planning Package Finder, an about-the-planners page, a journal and a PDPA-aware enquiry page — rebuilt with your weddings, brand and SGD fees.
We start from the live Evermore demo and rebuild every page around your real weddings, brand and tone. Nothing stays as filler: your photographs, couple stories, services, packages, fees and bios replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo work — the editorial hero, the portfolio grid, the case-page galleries, the process timeline and the Planning Package Finder — wired to your own studio.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, a spam-protected PDPA-aware enquiry form and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero, add a new wedding or update your fees long after handover. The pages below are what is included in the base S$500 build; portfolio size, journal, advanced SEO and the booking/finder features are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$1,800.
Singapore signals are built in where they help couples trust and enquire: your fees show in S$, the enquiry form is PDPA-aware, real venues feature throughout, and the optional consultation deposit runs through PayNow / HitPay. You own 100% of the code, and it is typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a full-bleed editorial photo hero with your tagline, an introduction line, a “what we do” overview, a real-weddings portfolio preview, the signature sage positioning band, your process timeline, the Planning Package Finder, packages, testimonials and a journal preview — all rebranded to you.
- Weddings (portfolio) — an image-led grid of your real weddings, each card showing the couple, venue and style, with a soft style filter; the index an engaged couple browses to picture their own day.
- Wedding case page — a single wedding per page: a full-bleed cover, the couple’s story, an at-a-glance details panel, what you did, a real quote, and a gallery — proof that you can deliver this kind of day.
- Services & process — your full, partial, day-of and design services laid out as elegant alternating rows, plus the calm planning-journey timeline and your philosophy.
- Service page — a single service in depth: what it involves, who it’s for, the inclusions and an indicative fee, with a clear enquiry CTA.
- Packages — your ways to work together as clean cards, each with inclusions and an indicative SGD fee, plus a route into the Package Finder.
- Planning Package Finder — the signature interactive tool: a couple picks wedding size, how much help they want and their budget approach, and sees a recommended package and an indicative fee live, then books a consultation.
- About — the studio story and the planners, with stats and the reasons couples trust you — real, editable copy that builds trust and supports SEO.
- Journal — planning tips and real-wedding stories as an SEO journal, plus a planning-FAQ accordion that answers couples’ common questions.
- Enquire — a working, PDPA-aware consultation enquiry form with WhatsApp and your studio details, ready for your inbox (optionally extended into booking with a PayNow deposit).

Can the Evermore site scale from a handful of weddings to a deep portfolio and a full booking funnel as my studio grows?
Yes. Your site starts lean with a few weddings and scales to a deep, filterable portfolio with case galleries, plus a journal, more service pages and a full enquiry-to-deposit consultation funnel. Add an Instagram feed, the Package Finder and WhatsApp enquiries as you grow. Because you own 100% of the code, nothing holds you back from extending it.
Most Singapore planners launch with a tight, strong edit and grow the portfolio wedding by wedding. The Evermore build is made for that curve. Day one you might show six of your best weddings as case pages. As you deliver more, the customiser lets you step up to a larger, filterable archive with style and venue filters, so adding a new wedding is a CMS upload rather than a rebuild. The editorial portfolio grid and case galleries you saw in the demo keep a large body of work easy and beautiful to browse on any phone.
Growth is not only more weddings, it is more enquiries and more ways to convert them. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a feature in a wedding publication, a viral real-wedding post or peak-season traffic is far less likely to slow it down, and your optional Managed Hosting keeps it online. (If you choose WordPress, Webflow or a Squarespace-style build instead, you get a hardened, CDN-served build on that platform.) When you are ready to convert more of that attention, add the consultation booking form with a PayNow deposit, an Instagram feed that auto-updates, the Planning Package Finder that qualifies couples, and WhatsApp click-to-chat for fast replies.
Moving into new lines — destination weddings, corporate or styled-shoot work? A journal, more service pages, and testimonials/press logos can all be layered in, with SGD fees and PDPA-aware enquiries staying native for your Singapore couples. The real future-proofing, though, is ownership: you hold 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days. You are never trapped by a locked template — when your studio outgrows today’s setup, the same codebase extends instead of forcing you to start over.
- Portfolio scales from a handful of weddings to a deep archive; large bodies of work onboard via the CMS with style & venue filters
- Editorial portfolio grid and case galleries keep a big archive fast and beautiful on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through a publication feature or peak-season traffic; WordPress / Webflow / Squarespace-style builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Add a booking funnel as you grow: consultation form with a PayNow deposit, plus the Planning Package Finder so couples self-qualify
- Add channels: an auto-updating Instagram feed, WhatsApp click-to-chat enquiries and a testimonials/press-logo wall
- Add new lines easily: a journal, more service pages, with SGD fees and PDPA-aware enquiries native for Singapore
- You own 100% of the code, so there is no forced re-platform and no lock-in as your studio scales

Can I run my Evermore planner website myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add a new wedding, reorder your portfolio, swap a hero image, edit your services and fees and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical planners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a wedding-planner site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a beautiful wedding just delivered, a fresh hero for the season, a tweak to a package fee, a “now booking 2027” note. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no ‘please email the developer’ — your changes go live on the site.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your weddings and their galleries, the style and venue each belongs to, the order of your portfolio, your services and inclusions, your packages and fees, the Planning Package Finder’s bands, your about copy and the enquiry-form routing are all configurable from labelled fields, not buried in code. SGD fees are wired across the site so everything stays accurate as you grow.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task above, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical planner to run solo.
- Add or edit a wedding — upload the gallery, set the couple, venue, style and story, and it appears in the portfolio, filters and case page automatically.
- Reorder your portfolio — drag weddings to control what an engaged couple sees first, and feature your strongest celebrations at the top.
- Swap a hero or cover — change the homepage hero or any wedding cover in a click, with new formats compressed automatically.
- Edit your about & planners — update your studio story, bios and the reasons couples choose you as your team grows.
- Update services & fees — edit your inclusions, packages and indicative fees; SGD pricing stays consistent across the site and the Package Finder.
- Configure enquiries & booking — set the enquiry-form routing, point WhatsApp to your number, and (if added) connect the PayNow/HitPay deposit and run a test.
- Publish a journal post — write a planning tip or real-wedding story in the editor, add a cover image and SEO title/description, and it goes live with clean markup.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top weddings and enquiry submissions in Google Analytics, so you know which work pulls couples and what to promote.

Wedding-planner website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, ownership, timelines, platforms, the real-weddings portfolio, the Planning Package Finder, consultation booking, SEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you wedding-planner website in Singapore.
How much does a wedding-planner website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you wedding-planner website in Singapore costs between S$500 and S$1,800 with SGBP. The S$500 base covers a complete, mobile-ready, editorial planner site; the price rises only as you add a platform, more pages, consultation booking or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the Evermore demo, your real weddings laid out as case pages with galleries, your services and packages, the Planning Package Finder, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, GA4, a PDPA-aware enquiry form and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is listed in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most planner sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. A larger wedding portfolio, a consultation-deposit funnel or custom branding can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and the site outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add real weddings, reorder your portfolio, swap images and edit fees yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
Which platform should I choose — native, WordPress, Webflow or Squarespace-style?
The native Astro build (shown in the demo) is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for loading heavy wedding galleries and SEO. Choose WordPress for full control and plugins, Webflow for a visual editor, or a Squarespace-style builder if you prefer to edit everything visually. The customiser shows the price difference for each.
How does the real-weddings portfolio work?
Your weddings are shown as an image-led grid, each card showing the couple, venue and style, and every wedding opens into its own case page with the couple’s story, an at-a-glance details panel and a gallery. You add a new wedding through the CMS — upload the gallery, fill the fields — and it appears in the grid, filters and as a case page automatically.
What is the Planning Package Finder?
It’s your site’s signature interactive tool. A couple selects their wedding size (intimate, mid-size or grand), how much help they’d like (full, partial or day-of) and their budget approach, and the finder instantly suggests a package, lists what’s included and shows an indicative fee — then offers a Book-a-consultation CTA. It qualifies couples before they enquire, so your consultations are with better-matched leads.
Can couples enquire or book a consultation and pay a deposit?
Yes. Every build includes a working, PDPA-aware enquiry form. Add the booking feature and it extends into a flow that captures the wedding date and takes a securing deposit via PayNow or HitPay, with an SGD invoice and a confirmation email — so a keen couple can lock a consultation or hold a date on the spot.
Will my heavy wedding galleries still load fast?
Yes — image performance is the whole point of an editorial build. We serve modern WebP/AVIF formats, lazy-load below the fold, set image dimensions to avoid layout shift, and tune the portfolio and case galleries. The native Astro build stays light even with big galleries, which keeps your Core Web Vitals and couples’ first impressions strong.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, image sitemaps and structured data. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google for searches like ‘wedding planner Singapore’ and quoted by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
Is my enquiry and couple data handled safely under PDPA?
Yes. We handle enquiry and booking data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), any deposit payments run through PCI-compliant HitPay, and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. We never sell your data, and the enquiry form is spam-protected.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — wedding sequencing, layout tweaks, colour/type adjustments, copy edits and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Is the design unique or a template?
You start from the proven Evermore design you can see and click in the live demo, then we customise it to you — your name, wordmark, colours, real weddings, services, copy and fees. It is a tailored build on a refined, editorial foundation, not a generic theme that makes every planner look the same.
Who is this website right for?
It suits wedding planners and coordinators, but also event stylists, florists, celebrants and other wedding professionals who win work by showing real celebrations. Anyone who needs an editorial portfolio, a clear services and packages section and a way for couples to qualify themselves and enquire will get value from it.
