The everyday manners that make life easier — sit, settle, polite greetings and reliable cues at home and in public.
What this programme covers
- Sit, down, stay and a reliable “settle” on a mat
- Polite greetings — no jumping on guests or neighbours
- Waiting at doors, lifts and before crossing roads
- Coming when called around everyday distractions
- Leave-it and drop-it for safety on Singapore’s busy walks
How it works
Most owners do not need a competition dog — they need one that greets guests without jumping, waits politely at the lift, settles when the family eats, and comes back when called. Basic Obedience builds exactly those everyday manners using clear, kind, reward-based training your whole household can keep up.
We teach you as much as the dog. Each session you learn the timing, the marker and the reward mechanics that make a cue stick, then we practise it in the real places it matters — the corridor, the void deck, the lift lobby and the park — so the behaviour holds up where you actually need it, not just in a quiet living room.
This is also the programme many HDB owners and condo committees ask for when they want a dog that is genuinely good to have around the neighbours. Five sessions is the usual starting point; we tailor the order to whatever is driving you up the wall first.
Who it’s for
Dogs of any age that need clearer manners at home, in the lift and at the park.
