We shape the run-sheet
On a call we walk through your timeline, the people and moments that matter, and how much energy your crowd wants. I flag anything that will not fit the time and write the hosting script around it.
We lock the cues
I align with your planner, AV and any band or performers so every cue is agreed beforehand. For bigger events we add a venue walkthrough so nothing on the day is a surprise.
