About this class
Heels is one of our most-loved classes and one of the most misunderstood — it’s far less about the shoes and far more about presence. We teach you to move with intention: how to walk, pose, drop and recover with control, and how to perform a piece like you mean every second of it.
You don’t need to own heels to start — trainers are completely fine for your first few classes while you find your footing, literally. We build the technique that keeps your knees and ankles safe, then choreograph to tracks that let the attitude come out. The result is choreography that feels powerful whether you’re in stilettos or sneakers.
The room is warm, hype and refreshingly free of judgement; people arrive shy and leave standing taller. It’s as much a confidence class as a dance class — which is exactly why it sells out.
