What does a Mainstage site actually do for my Singapore dance studio?
It turns your studio’s website into a trial-booking engine in about a week from S$900. You get a fast, WhatsApp-first site you can try yourself in the live demo, a trial-booking / enquiry flow, the signature Class Match Finder that places dancers in the right class instantly, a full class menu with per-class pages, crew and showcase pages and a live countdown — all built to turn curious browsers into booked trials, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
A dance studio lives or dies on trials — yet plenty of studios run a single Instagram page or a clunky one-page site, so a nervous beginner who just watched a K-pop dance video has nowhere to actually book. Mainstage flips that: it’s a fast, energetic site with a dark theatre hero, a live next-showcase countdown, a full class menu, a beginner-to-stage pathway, term passes and an instant Class Match Finder, so a curious dancer can go from “I could never do that” to a booked trial in a couple of taps.
The signature Class Match Finder is the engine. A visitor picks their experience, the style they’re drawn to, their goal and when they can train, and it surfaces the one to three classes that actually fit — with level, day and from-price — then drops them into WhatsApp with the class pre-filled. It does a studio owner’s placement work instantly, removes the “which class is for me?” paralysis that loses beginners, and lands the enquiry warm rather than cold.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update classes, schedules, prices, the showcase countdown and the Finder yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add an online class calendar, a member area, CRM integration or style landing pages as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real trial-booking engine, not a single Instagram page.
- The Class Match Finder places dancers in the right class instantly and drops them into WhatsApp warm.
- A live next-showcase countdown borrows the urgency of a real performance to drive bookings.
- A dark hero, class menu, beginner-to-stage pathway and term passes built around how dancers actually choose a studio.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update classes, schedules and prices yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Mainstage site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most dance studios: an Instagram-only presence with no booking, no way to place a nervous beginner in the right class, no class menu or schedule a dancer can browse, a look that feels intimidating rather than welcoming, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, WhatsApp-first, conversion-built dance-studio website — with the Class Match Finder, trial-booking flow, a class menu, a beginner-to-stage pathway and crew / showcase pages — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most studios trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. An Instagram page can’t be searched properly on Google, has no booking flow, and turns every enquiry into a DM chase buried in a busy inbox. A cheap one-page site has no class menu, no schedule and nothing to help a beginner choose. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Mainstage is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, WhatsApp-first dance demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a dark theatre hero, a showcase countdown, the Class Match Finder, a full class menu, a beginner-to-stage pathway and a trial-booking flow that actually turn curious scrollers into booked trials.
A look that feels welcoming, not intimidating: the design is a high-energy, dark urban system with electric-blue and neon-cyan accents, bold display type and class cards with a level and day rail, so it reads as a real, exciting studio that beginners feel safe walking into. The class menu and Finder do the “which class, when and how much” work that an Instagram grid never can — on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Instagram-only with no booking → A WhatsApp-first trial-booking / enquiry flow with CTAs on every page.
- Beginners don’t know which class to pick → The Class Match Finder places them by level, style and goal in seconds.
- Nothing to browse or schedule → A full class menu with detail pages, levels, days and term passes.
- Feels intimidating → A high-energy dark design with a beginner-to-stage pathway that welcomes first-timers, tailored to your brand.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update classes, schedules and prices without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your dance-studio site?
For a Singapore dance studio, SGBP customises the live Mainstage site — Class Match Finder, WhatsApp-first trial booking, class menu, showcase countdown and crews — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or looks like a studio dancers want to join.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom booking-driven studio site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, WhatsApp-first dance design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and studio-specific touches like the Class Match Finder, a WhatsApp-first trial flow, a class menu, a showcase countdown and term passes are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom looks like a studio a beginner is excited to join, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of teaching.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Mainstage demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand and classes. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Mainstage demo is the actual product, Class Match Finder, countdown and trial flow and all.
- Built to convert: the Finder, WhatsApp trial booking, dark hero, beginner-to-stage pathway and term passes are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, local tone and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Mainstage dance-studio site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a new-term sign-up rush or an ad campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the dark hero image and class photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the hero, the class menu and the interactive Class Match Finder stay snappy on every device — including the phones nearly every dancer books from. The Finder’s matching and the showcase countdown run efficiently client-side, so results and the ticking timer appear instantly.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the trial-booking and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when minors and parents share contact details. Add CRM integration and every trial booking pipes straight into your studio CRM or mailer. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Class Match Finder and showcase countdown run efficiently client-side
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of trial & enquiry data
- Spam-protected trial & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Mainstage site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local areas, MRT references, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of studio sites are built to look fine and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what classes you offer or where you’re based. We build the opposite. Your Mainstage site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “k-pop dance class Singapore” or “beginner hip-hop class Bugis”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks “where can a total beginner learn K-pop dance in Singapore?”. GEO makes sure those answers know you’re in Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness and Service markup so your studio and classes are machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, optional style landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Class pages target high-intent local long-tail: “K-pop cover class Bugis”, “beginner dance class Somerset” and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps dancers from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: class copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local areas, MRT references, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a class and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Mainstage dance-studio site actually look like?
You get a full studio site, not a single page: a dark theatre homepage with a showcase countdown, a class menu, a detail page per class, a crews page, a showcases page, a gallery, an about page, a trial-booking / contact page, a reviews page, an FAQ and a dedicated page for the signature Class Match Finder — rebuilt with your brand, classes and tone.
We start from the live Mainstage demo and rebuild every page around your studio, brand and classes. Nothing stays as filler: your classes, levels, schedules, prices, copy, imagery, crews and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the dark theatre hero, the showcase countdown, the Class Match Finder, the class menu and the trial-booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a class or update a schedule long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, an online class calendar, advanced SEO, a member area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: central studio locations with MRT references, a local tone, and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a dark theatre hero with a live next-showcase countdown, a stats strip, a who-we-are split, four style-family cards, most-booked classes, a beginner-to-stage pathway, instructors, upcoming showcases, a gallery, the Class Match Finder, why-us pillars, term passes, reviews and a coverage CTA — all rebranded to you.
- Classes menu — every class grouped by style, each card with a level, day/time, blurb, from-price and a book CTA.
- Class detail — a dark photo banner, day/time and pricing, what the class is, what to expect, what’s included and related classes.
- Class Match Finder — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool, a how-it-works explainer and a guide-not-a-gate note.
- Crews — your performance teams with an audition pathway from beginner class to crew.
- Showcases — upcoming termly performances and free studio events, plus a recent-shows archive.
- About — your studio’s story, the instructors, why-us reasons and trust stats.
- Book & contact — a trial-request form (no cart): class, level, schedule, studio and a PDPA-aware consent, plus a WhatsApp option and your locations.
- Gallery — a dark, energetic grid of class and stage moments.
- Reviews — a fuller wall of dancer reviews with the headline rating.
- FAQ — an accordion of common questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — a dark studio footer with a newsletter signup, plus a sticky header with a Classes dropdown and a Book-a-trial pill.

Can the Mainstage site scale from one room to a multi-studio, multi-crew school as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page studio brand with a full class library, style landing pages, an online class calendar, a member / student area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add WhatsApp trial booking and enquiry capture from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most studios launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Mainstage is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, classes, the Finder and trial booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per class, style landing pages for the searches you want and a dance-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a new-term sign-up rush or an ad spike is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on an online class calendar so dancers self-book a slot, and add CRM integration so every trial flows into your follow-up and term-reminder messages.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add classes, style landing pages and a tips engine as content rather than a rebuild
- The class menu, Class Match Finder and trial flow keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through new-term rushes or campaign spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online class calendar plus CRM integration for term reminders
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a member / student area for pass holders
- A multilingual content layer is available for more dancers, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Mainstage site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit classes, levels, schedules, prices, the Class Match Finder’s options, the showcase countdown and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a studio site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new class, a schedule change, a fresh photo, an instructor joining the team, the next showcase date. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your classes and schedules, the Class Match Finder’s level / style / goal options, your term passes, your showcase countdown date and the trial-form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so trial requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a class — set the name, style, level, day/time, blurb and from-price, and it appears in the menu and the Finder automatically.
- Edit the Class Match Finder — adjust which levels, styles and goals each class matches so recommendations stay accurate.
- Update the showcase countdown — change the next-show date and the timer updates itself.
- Manage term passes — edit what each pass includes and its price.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage hero, about and contact copy without code.
- Manage trials — set the form recipient, class / level routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top classes, Finder usage and trial requests in Google Analytics.

K-pop / dance-studio website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Class Match Finder, WhatsApp trial booking, the showcase countdown, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you K-pop / urban dance-studio website in Singapore.
How much does a K-pop / dance-studio website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you dance-studio website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready studio site with the Class Match Finder tool, a live showcase countdown and a WhatsApp-first trial-booking / enquiry flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, an online class calendar, a member area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Mainstage demo, your classes and prices set up, the Class Match Finder tool, a live next-showcase countdown, a WhatsApp-first trial-booking / enquiry flow, crew and showcase pages, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most studio sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, style landing pages, an online class calendar, a member area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add classes, change schedules and prices and refresh photos yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Class Match Finder and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a visitor picks their experience, the style they want, their goal and when they can train, and it surfaces the one to three classes that fit — with level, day and from-price — then drops them into WhatsApp with the class pre-filled. It does your placement work instantly, removes the “which class is for me?” paralysis that loses nervous beginners, and lands the enquiry warm. It is fully editable in the CMS, so your classes drive it.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A dance studio is a service-booking business, so the site has a WhatsApp-first trial-booking / enquiry flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn curious browsers into booked trials via the Class Match Finder, class menu, beginner-to-stage pathway, showcase countdown, trial form and WhatsApp. Even term passes are handled by enquiry rather than a checkout.
Does the showcase countdown really work, and can I change it?
Yes. The homepage hero carries a live countdown to your next showcase that ticks down in real time — it’s great for borrowing the urgency of a real performance to drive bookings. You set the next-show date in the CMS and the timer updates itself; when one show passes, you just point it at the next.
Will the design actually suit a K-pop / urban studio, or is it a recoloured template?
It is a genuinely distinct studio design — a dark, high-energy theatre system with electric-blue and neon-cyan accents, bold display type, class cards with a level-and-day rail and a live showcase countdown — built to feel exciting and welcoming to beginners rather than intimidating. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your studio rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can dancers book a trial over WhatsApp and via a form?
Yes. Every build includes WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout plus a PDPA-aware trial-booking / enquiry form that routes to your inbox. Add the online class calendar for true self-service slot booking, and CRM integration to pipe trials into your follow-up and term reminders.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local dance-class searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, optional style landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is dancer and parent data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Trial and enquiry details — including those for minors, submitted by a parent — are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a member area, gated content is access-controlled.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, Class Match Finder changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on teaching.
