Treat it as a confident first call rather than a cast-iron promise; an unopened shade can still be swapped inside 30 days.

This is exactly what Velour was built for. Our colour ranges were developed and tested across the full span of Singapore skin tones and undertones, so deep berries, true reds and bright shadows read as real colour on deeper skin and are not washed out on fair. Every product page lists the finish and the shade names available.

Every Velour product is cruelty-free — never tested on animals — and many, including our liquid lips, are fully vegan. Where a formula uses an animal-derived ingredient such as carmine or beeswax, we say so plainly in the ingredient list on the product page.

We formulate for our climate, not a dry studio. The foundation is oil-controlling, the liquid lips and liner are transfer- and smudge-resistant, and the mascara holds a curl through heat. For an all-day face, start with the Blur & Hold Primer and set with the Soft-Set Powder.

Delivery is on us once your order passes S$60; under that it is a flat S$4. Parcels typically reach you in two days, anywhere on the island — HDB, condo or landed alike.

Whatever suits you — PayNow, a Visa or Mastercard, Apple or Google Pay, or Atome to spread it over instalments. Pricing is in Singapore dollars and every order comes with an itemised tax invoice.

An unopened, sealed product can be returned for an exchange or refund inside 30 days. We are unable to resell opened makeup for hygiene reasons except where it is faulty — though when a match misses, just message the studio and we will help you re-match.

We do. The Velour studio and shade bar sits at 12 Ann Siang Road, four minutes from Maxwell MRT, with a second shade bar inside ION Orchard. Drop by to swatch textures and get matched by an artist before you commit.

Cartons recycle, the gift boxes are made from recycled board, and selected lip and powder compacts can be refilled at the studio. We would rather make honest, steady progress on this than overstate it.
