Frequently asked questions

Honest answers on natural results, why a consultation is required, downtime, safety, pricing and how we look after your privacy.

Looking natural is the entire point of how we work. We treat conservatively by principle — a little less than you might expect, reviewed, then built upon only if needed — so the result reads as “you look well-rested” rather than “you’ve had something done”. The compliment our patients report most is being asked whether they’ve been on holiday. If you want a dramatic change, we’ll have an honest conversation about whether that’s the right call.
Because suitability for any aesthetic treatment is a medical decision, not a menu choice. A consultation lets Dr Yeo assess your skin, your concern and your medical history, rule out anything that would make a treatment unsuitable, and recommend an honest, prioritised plan — which may be less than you came in expecting. The Skin Concern Planner on this site is a helpful guide to start that conversation, but it is not a diagnosis; the doctor confirms what’s right for you in person.
Think of it as a guide rather than a quote or a diagnosis. You choose the skin concern that bothers you most, tell it whether you’re after a subtle or a more noticeable change, and how much downtime you can take — and it suggests the doctor-led treatment or plan that typically fits, with an indicative price range and a WhatsApp link to enquire. It’s a starting point to help you feel informed before your consultation, where the doctor assesses your skin properly and confirms the right approach.
No — every figure on this site is an indicative range meant for planning, never a fixed quote. Aesthetic treatment is tailored: the area treated, how much is needed, and whether it’s a single session or a planned course all affect the final cost. After your consultation you’ll receive a clear, itemised plan with actual figures, so you can decide with full information and no surprises. We’d always rather under-quote and over-deliver than the reverse.
Dr Yeo carries out every consultation, plan and medical treatment herself — injectables, lasers and energy-based treatments are never delegated. You see the same doctor each visit, and the person assessing your skin is the person treating it. Our medical-grade facials are delivered by a trained therapist to a plan set with the doctor. This single-physician model is deliberate: continuity and accountability are central to how we practise.
It depends entirely on the treatment, which is exactly why the planner asks about your downtime tolerance. Anti-wrinkle treatment, HIFU and medical-grade facials have little to no downtime — you return to your day. Injectables may leave slight swelling or a small bruise for a few days. Resurfacing lasers involve a few days of redness and flaking. We’ll tell you honestly what to expect before you commit, so you can plan around work or an event.
In trained medical hands, with proper assessment and conservative technique, the treatments we offer have a strong safety record — but no medical treatment is risk-free, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Common, temporary effects include redness, swelling or small bruises. Rarer complications are exactly why a doctor assesses suitability, doses conservatively and gives you a clear aftercare plan and a number to call. We’ll always set out the real risks alongside the benefits before you decide.
We have two clinics — at Paragon Medical Suites on Orchard Road and at Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre — each only minutes on foot from the MRT. Our hours run weekdays 10am to 7.30pm and Saturdays 10am to 5pm, with the clinic closed on Sundays and public holidays. Evening appointments fill quickly, so it’s worth booking your consultation ahead. Use the contact page to request a time and we’ll confirm.
Everything you share with us — your medical history, your contact details and any clinical photographs — is held in strict confidence and used solely to deliver and coordinate the care you’ve come for, in line with medical confidentiality and Singapore’s PDPA obligations. We never sell it or pass it beyond your care, clinical photographs are taken only once you’ve consented, and every form here requests just the information required to write back to you.
