What does an Aera site actually do for my Singapore aesthetic clinic?
It turns your clinic’s website into a credibility-and-enquiry engine in about a week from S$900. You get a calm, premium site you can try yourself in the live demo, a consultation-booking flow, the signature Skin Concern Planner that matches a concern to a doctor-led treatment and price, a treatment menu, a the-doctor profile, a conditions section and reviews — all built to turn searches into booked consultations, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Patients choose an aesthetic clinic on trust and credentials — they want to feel they’ll be in safe, medical hands, to see the doctor behind the clinic, and to get a sense of cost and downtime before they commit. Yet many clinics run a glossy but generic site that hides the doctor, lists treatments with no context, and says nothing about who they’re suitable for. Aera flips that: a clinical-luxe beige-and-navy site with a credentialed doctor front and centre, editorial treatment pages, a concern-led navigation and the Skin Concern Planner — so a patient goes from “is this clinic safe and right for me?” to a booked consultation.
The signature Skin Concern Planner is the standout, and it addresses exactly what aesthetic patients hesitate over: which treatment they need, how natural it will look, and how much downtime it carries. A patient picks their concern, their goal (subtle or more noticeable) and their downtime tolerance, and the tool matches the doctor-led treatment that fits — with an indicative price range and a WhatsApp enquiry. It educates, sets realistic expectations, and lands the enquiry warm and informed.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update treatments, conditions, the doctor’s profile, the planner’s prices and content yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add a consultation calendar, condition landing pages, a patient portal or CRM integration as you grow, up to around S$2,600.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a credible enquiry engine, not a glossy brochure.
- A clinical-luxe design with a credentialed doctor that builds trust before the first visit.
- The Skin Concern Planner matches concern, goal AND downtime to a treatment — and books patients warm.
- Editorial treatment pages and a concern-led layout — the depth aesthetic patients actually read.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update treatments and prices yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Aera site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most aesthetic clinics: a generic or dated site, a hidden doctor, thin treatment information, no way to set price or downtime expectations, no easy consultation booking, a look that doesn’t signal medical credibility, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in and surprise costs. You get a complete, credential-first aesthetic website — with the Skin Concern Planner, consultation booking, editorial treatment pages, a the-doctor profile and a conditions section — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most aesthetic clinics trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A dated or templated site looks generic, hides the doctor, and gives treatments a line each with no real information — so a discerning patient leaves. A cheap builder can’t convey medical credibility, which is the whole purchase. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Aera is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, credential-first aesthetic demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a serif clinical-luxe hero, the Skin Concern Planner, editorial treatment pages, a the-doctor profile, a conditions section and consultation booking that actually turn searches into booked patients.
A look that signals credibility on a sensitive decision: aesthetic care is bought on trust in the doctor, so the design is a calm, premium beige-and-navy clinical-luxe system with the credentialed physician front and centre, long-form treatment pages and honest reviews. It reads as a serious, single-physician clinic rather than a recoloured spa template — exactly what reassures a careful patient.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything — treatments, the doctor’s profile, conditions, planner prices — through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Generic, dated site → A calm, premium, credibility-first aesthetic site patients trust.
- Hidden doctor → A the-doctor profile with credentials and philosophy front and centre.
- Thin treatment info → Editorial treatment pages: what it is, how it works, suitability, downtime and price-from.
- No way to set expectations → The Skin Concern Planner matches concern, goal and downtime with indicative prices.
- Hard to book → Consultation booking plus WhatsApp-first enquiry on every page.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update treatments, the doctor and prices without a developer.
- Locked into an agency / surprise costs → You own 100% of the code; the customiser shows S$900–S$2,600 up front.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your aesthetic clinic site?
For a Singapore aesthetic clinic, SGBP customises the live Aera site — Skin Concern Planner, consultation booking, editorial treatment pages, a the-doctor profile and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely conveys medical credibility or converts.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom aesthetic-clinic site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, credibility-first aesthetic design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and aesthetic-specific touches like the Skin Concern Planner, editorial treatment pages, a credentialed the-doctor profile and consultation booking are rarely built in well. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely conveys the medical credibility that an aesthetic purchase turns on, seldom converts, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of seeing patients.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Aera demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your clinic, doctor and treatments. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Aera demo is the actual product, Skin Concern Planner and booking and all.
- Built to convert: the planner, consultation booking, editorial treatment pages and the doctor profile are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, medical-confidentiality framing, local tone and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Aera aesthetics site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — important for a healthcare site — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the cream hero, treatment thumbnails and the doctor’s portrait are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the site and the interactive Skin Concern Planner stay snappy on every device — including the phones most patients enquire from. Accessibility matters extra for a healthcare site, so we build to WCAG 2.2 AA.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the consultation and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware and mindful of medical confidentiality — important when patients share skin concerns and, with consent, clinical photos. Add CRM or clinic-system integration and enquiries can pipe into your workflow. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Skin Concern Planner runs efficiently client-side
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware, confidentiality-minded data handling
- Spam-protected consultation & enquiry forms with optional CRM integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Aera site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (MedicalClinic / Physician, MedicalProcedure / Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first treatment and condition content plus Singapore signals — local areas, MRT, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of aesthetic sites are built to look glossy and little else — slow pages, messy markup, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what treatments you offer, who the doctor is, or where you are. We build the opposite. Your Aera site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “medical aesthetics Orchard” or “HIFU Singapore price”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks what a treatment involves or how much downtime it carries. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore and your area. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: MedicalClinic and Physician markup so your clinic and doctor are machine-readable; MedicalProcedure / Service markup for your treatments; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, condition / treatment landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: MedicalClinic, Physician, MedicalProcedure / Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList.
- Treatment & condition pages target high-intent local long-tail: “anti-wrinkle treatment Orchard”, “pigmentation laser Singapore price”.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps patients from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: editorial treatment copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local areas, MRT, medical-confidentiality and PDPA-aware handling and natural local language.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a treatment and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Aera aesthetics site actually look like?
You get a full clinic site, not a single page: a credibility-first homepage with a cream serif hero, a treatment menu, an editorial detail page per treatment, a dedicated Skin Concern Planner, a the-doctor profile, a conditions section, a reviews page, an FAQ and a consultation / contact page — rebuilt with your clinic, doctor, treatments and tone.
We start from the live Aera demo and rebuild every page around your clinic, brand, doctor and treatments. Nothing stays as filler: your treatments, your doctor’s profile and credentials, clinic photos, hours, copy and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the cream serif hero, the treatment-category cards, the Skin Concern Planner, the editorial treatment pages, the doctor band and the booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can update hours, add a treatment or edit the doctor’s profile long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, a consultation calendar, advanced SEO, a patient portal and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: local-area references, MRT mentions, a calm, credentialed tone and honest, non-prescriptive copy throughout, with a clear “consultation required, results vary” framing that suits medical aesthetics. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a cream serif hero, a press strip, treatment-category cards, a conditions grid, a navy the-doctor band, a stats band, an approach band, a results section, the Skin Concern Planner, reviews and a consultation contact band — all rebranded to you.
- Treatments — every treatment as a category-grouped card, each linking to an editorial detail page.
- Treatment detail — a serif title, a navy summary box, a model image and long-form sections: what it is, how it works, benefits, suitability, what to expect, downtime and price-from.
- Skin Concern Planner — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool and a how-it-works explainer.
- The Doctor — the physician’s portrait, credentials, philosophy and a stats band.
- Conditions — the skin concerns treated, each linked to a doctor-led treatment.
- Reviews — patient testimonials with photos and the treatment used.
- FAQ — a serif question accordion, ready for FAQ schema.
- Book a consultation / contact — a booking form (no cart): clinic, treatment, preferred time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus WhatsApp.

Can the Aera site scale from a single-doctor clinic to a multi-doctor group as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page clinic with a full treatment library, condition landing pages, multiple locations, a doctors directory, a consultation calendar, a patient portal, CRM integration and even a second language. Add the Skin Concern Planner from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most clinics launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Aera is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, treatments, the planner and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding an editorial page per treatment, condition landing pages and a skin-journal content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Adding doctors and locations is built in: the the-doctor and locations sections scale through the CMS, so a second physician or a third clinic slots in cleanly, each strengthening your local SEO. The native Astro build is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so it stays fast as the site grows. When you’re ready, switch on a consultation calendar, a patient portal and CRM integration.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add treatments, condition pages and a skin journal as content rather than a rebuild
- The the-doctor and locations sections scale through the CMS — new physicians and clinics slot in and strengthen local SEO
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast as you grow; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: a consultation calendar, a patient portal and CRM / clinic-system integration
- Add channels: WhatsApp enquiry, live chat and a secure patient area
- A multilingual content layer is available for more patients, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Aera site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit treatments, the doctor’s profile, conditions, clinic hours and locations, the Skin Concern Planner’s prices, pages and reviews, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build.
Running a clinic site is mostly small, repeatable updates: changed opening hours, a new treatment, an updated price range, a public-holiday notice, a fresh review. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your treatments, your doctor’s profile and credentials, your conditions, your clinic locations and hours, the Skin Concern Planner’s concerns, options, downtime tags and price ranges, and the form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The booking-form recipient is editable too, so enquiries reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for non-technical clinic staff to manage solo.
- Update opening hours — change them once and they update across the site, including a holiday notice.
- Edit the doctor’s profile — credentials, philosophy and portrait, live in minutes.
- Add or edit a treatment — set the name, category and editorial content, and it appears in the menu automatically.
- Edit the Skin Concern Planner — adjust the concerns, options, goals, downtime tags and price ranges.
- Manage reviews — add or feature patient reviews and the headline rating.
- Manage enquiries — set the form recipient, treatment / clinic routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top treatments, planner usage and consultation requests in Google Analytics.

Medical aesthetics website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Skin Concern Planner, consultation booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA, medical-content framing and revisions for a done-for-you medical-aesthetics website in Singapore.
How much does a medical aesthetics website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you medical-aesthetics website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready clinic site with the Skin Concern Planner and consultation booking built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a consultation calendar, a patient portal or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Aera demo, your treatments, doctor and clinics set up, the Skin Concern Planner, a consultation-booking + enquiry flow, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most aesthetic-clinic sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, condition landing pages, a consultation calendar, a patient portal or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can update hours, edit the doctor’s profile, change treatments and refresh content yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Skin Concern Planner and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool, built around what aesthetic patients hesitate over: which treatment they need, how natural it will look and how much downtime it carries. A patient picks their concern, their goal (subtle or more noticeable) and their downtime tolerance, and the tool matches the doctor-led treatment that fits, with an indicative price range, and sends a pre-filled enquiry to WhatsApp. It educates and sets realistic expectations, and it is fully editable in the CMS. It is a guide, not a diagnosis; the doctor confirms suitability at the consultation.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. An aesthetic clinic runs on consultations, not e-commerce, so the site has consultation booking and a WhatsApp-first enquiry flow instead of a cart. The job of the site is to turn searches into booked consultations via the Skin Concern Planner, editorial treatment pages, the-doctor profile, conditions section and booking form. There is no checkout.
Will the design actually convey medical credibility, or is it a recoloured spa template?
Aesthetic care is bought on trust in the doctor, so the design is a calm, premium beige-and-navy clinical-luxe system with the credentialed physician front and centre, long-form editorial treatment pages, honest reviews and a clear “consultation required, results vary” framing. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to your clinic, so it reads as your practice rather than a generic spa theme — exactly what reassures a careful patient.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your clinic team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can patients enquire and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a consultation-booking form and WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout, plus the Skin Concern Planner which sends a pre-filled enquiry to WhatsApp. Add the online consultation calendar for true self-service booking, and CRM or clinic-system integration so enquiries flow into your workflow.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and MedicalClinic / Physician, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local aesthetic searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, treatment / condition landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is patient data handled under PDPA, and what about medical content?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and with medical confidentiality in mind, and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Enquiry details are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms capture only what is needed to respond. Treatment content is written to be informative and non-prescriptive, with clear “results vary, a consultation is required” framing throughout — suitable for medical aesthetics. If you add a patient portal, access is secured and role-based.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, planner price changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes — like updated hours or a new treatment — so you can focus on patients.
