This is the programme we steer most first-time clients toward, because it treats weight as a medical question rather than a cosmetic one. It opens with a full assessment — body composition, waist-to-height, blood pressure, lifestyle and medical history — so the doctor understands what is actually driving the weight before anything is prescribed.
From there we build a 12-week plan you can keep to: a realistic calorie and protein target, a movement plan that fits shift work or a desk job, and clinically appropriate support where it is indicated. We review every four weeks and adjust — because a plan that ignores how your month actually went is a plan you abandon by week six.
We are honest about what results look like. Steady, durable loss in the region of 0.5–1kg a week is the goal; crash numbers that bounce straight back are not. You leave each review knowing your figures and the single next step, never a vague promise.
