What does a Jadewell site actually do for my Singapore TCM clinic?
It turns your clinic’s website into a booking engine in about a week from S$900. You get a calm, appointment-first site you can try yourself in the live demo, a booking / enquiry flow, the signature Body Constitution Quiz that helps a new patient understand their pattern and warms them up to book, a full treatment menu with per-treatment pages, physician profiles and a why-TCM page that builds trust — all built to turn searches into booked consultations, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
TCM in Singapore is won on trust and on feeling understood — yet plenty of clinics run a single Facebook page or a dated one-pager with just a phone number, so a curious patient with nagging back pain or poor sleep has nowhere to learn, no way to book, and no reason to choose them over the clinic down the road. Jadewell flips that: it’s a calm, conversion-focused site with a warm illustrated hero, a full treatment menu, a why-TCM explainer, physician profiles and an interactive constitution quiz, so a hesitant first-timer can go from "what even is TCM?" to a booked consultation in a few taps.
The signature Body Constitution Quiz is the engine. A patient answers five quick questions about energy, sleep, digestion, temperature and stress, and it suggests their likely TCM pattern, recommends the treatments that usually suit it, gives an indicative session count, and drops them into a booking with the pattern pre-filled. It educates and reassures exactly the audience that finds TCM intimidating, qualifies the enquiry, and lands them warm — the single biggest difference between a site that gets browsed and a site that gets booked.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update treatments, prices, physicians and the quiz yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add an appointment calendar, a patient area, CRM integration or condition pages as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real booking engine, not a single Facebook page.
- The Body Constitution Quiz educates nervous first-timers and lands enquiries warm.
- Appointment-first booking / enquiry turns curious searches into booked consultations.
- A warm hero, treatment menu, why-TCM page and physician profiles built around how people choose a clinic.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update treatments and prices yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Jadewell site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most TCM clinics: a Facebook-only presence with no booking, no way to explain treatments to nervous first-timers, no treatment menu or prices a patient can browse, a dated look that doesn’t feel trustworthy, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local and bilingual SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, appointment-first, conversion-built TCM clinic website — with the Body Constitution Quiz, booking flow, a treatment menu, physician profiles and a why-TCM explainer — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most TCM clinics trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A Facebook page can’t be searched properly on Google, has no booking flow, and turns every enquiry into a comment-and-DM chase. A cheap one-pager has no treatment menu, no prices, and nothing to help a wary patient understand what acupuncture or cupping actually involves. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Jadewell is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, appointment-first TCM demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a warm illustrated hero, the Body Constitution Quiz, a full treatment menu, a why-TCM page, physician profiles and a booking flow that actually turn searches into booked consultations.
A look that earns trust: the design is a calm, teal-and-cream system with a slab display face, very-rounded soft cards, line icons and full-pill CTAs, with tasteful bilingual accents — so it reads as a registered, organised clinic rather than a recoloured template or a noisy medical hall. The quiz and treatment pages do the "what is this and is it for me?" work a Facebook grid never can — on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague "it depends" invoices.
- Facebook-only with no booking → An appointment-first booking / enquiry flow with CTAs on every page.
- Nervous first-timers don’t convert → The Body Constitution Quiz educates, reassures and warms them up to book.
- Nothing to browse or understand → A full treatment menu with detail pages and a why-TCM explainer.
- Looks dated or like a massage shop → A calm, registered-clinic design with bilingual accents, tailored to your brand.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update treatments, prices and physicians without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your TCM clinic site?
For a Singapore TCM clinic, SGBP customises the live Jadewell site — Body Constitution Quiz, appointment-first booking, treatment menu, why-TCM page and physician profiles — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or looks trustworthy.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom booking-driven clinic site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, appointment-first TCM design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and clinic-specific touches like the Body Constitution Quiz, an appointment-first booking flow, a treatment menu and physician profiles are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom looks genuinely trustworthy to a health-conscious patient, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of seeing patients.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Jadewell demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand, treatments and physicians. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid "add-ons" elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Jadewell demo is the actual product, Body Constitution Quiz and booking flow and all.
- Built to convert: the quiz, appointment booking, warm hero, why-TCM page and physician profiles are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, bilingual-aware tone and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Jadewell TCM site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a seasonal-wellness rush or an ad campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the hero illustration and treatment photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the hero, the treatment menu and the interactive Body Constitution Quiz stay snappy on every device — including the phones most patients book from. The quiz’s weighted scoring runs entirely client-side, so the result appears instantly as the patient answers.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the booking and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when patients share health concerns and contact details. Add CRM integration and every appointment request pipes straight into your clinic CRM or mailer. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Body Constitution Quiz runs efficiently client-side for instant results
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of patient enquiry data
- Spam-protected booking & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Jadewell site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, MedicalClinic, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local towns, MRT, bilingual TCM terms, PDPA — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of clinic sites are built to look fine and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what treatments you offer or where your clinics are. We build the opposite. Your Jadewell site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like "acupuncture Tampines" or "TCM for back pain Singapore". AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks "where can I get registered TCM acupuncture in Singapore?". GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness and MedicalClinic markup so your clinic and treatments are machine-readable; Service markup per treatment; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, optional condition and clinic-location pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build. Bilingual EN / 中文 pages are supported with hreflang so you can rank in both languages.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, MedicalClinic, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Treatment & condition pages target high-intent local search: "cupping therapy Toa Payoh", "TCM for insomnia Singapore" and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps patients from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: treatment copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore & bilingual signals: local towns, MRT, EN / 中文 TCM terminology, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a treatment and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Jadewell TCM site actually look like?
You get a full clinic site, not a single page: a warm illustrated homepage, a treatment menu, a detail page per treatment, a why-TCM page, physician profiles, an about page, an appointment-booking / contact page, a reviews page, an FAQ and a dedicated page for the signature Body Constitution Quiz — rebuilt with your brand, treatments and physicians.
We start from the live Jadewell demo and rebuild every page around your clinic, brand and treatments. Nothing stays as filler: your treatments, prices, copy, imagery, physicians and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the warm hero, the why-TCM explainer, the Body Constitution Quiz, the treatment menu and the booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a treatment or update a price long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, an appointment calendar, advanced SEO, a patient area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore and bilingual signals are built in where they help: three clinic locations by the MRT, EN / 中文 accents, a calm tone, and honest, reassuring copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a warm illustrated hero, a stat row, four treatment-family cards, a most-requested treatments grid, a clinic-story split, a why-TCM band, a how-it-works flow, the Body Constitution Quiz, trust pillars, consultation-plan cards, physician profiles, reviews and a booking CTA — all rebranded to you.
- Treatments — every treatment with a sidebar filter, grouped by category, each card with a blurb, duration, from-price and a learn-more CTA.
- Treatment detail — a photo banner, duration and pricing, what a session involves, who it helps, how often, a sticky booking aside and related treatments.
- Body Constitution Quiz — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool plus an explainer of the six TCM patterns it looks at.
- Why TCM — how Traditional Chinese Medicine works and what it commonly helps with.
- Physicians — registered practitioners with their clinical focus, bios and per-physician booking.
- About — your clinic’s story, the physicians, why-us reasons, a stats band and your clinic locations.
- Book an appointment — a booking / enquiry form (no cart): clinic, concern, treatment, time and a PDPA-aware consent, plus a WhatsApp option.
- Reviews — a fuller wall of patient reviews with the headline rating.
- FAQ — an accordion of common questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — a teal footer with a clinic locator, sitemap and bilingual blurb, plus a top info bar and a white nav with a Treatments dropdown and an Appointment CTA.

Can the Jadewell site scale from one room to a multi-clinic, multi-physician practice as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page clinic brand with a full treatment library, condition pages, clinic-location pages, an appointment calendar, a patient / membership area, CRM integration and a full bilingual layer. Add WhatsApp booking and enquiry capture from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most TCM clinics launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Jadewell is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, treatments, physicians and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per treatment, condition pages (back pain, insomnia, fertility) and clinic-location pages for each branch — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a seasonal-wellness rush or an ad spike is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on an online appointment calendar so patients self-book a slot with a specific physician, and add CRM integration so every appointment flows into your follow-up and recall reminders.
Serving both English and Chinese patients? A full bilingual content layer can be added across key pages with hreflang, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add treatments, condition pages and clinic-location pages as content rather than a rebuild
- The treatment menu, Body Constitution Quiz and booking flow keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through seasonal rushes or campaign spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online appointment calendar plus CRM integration for recall reminders
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a patient / membership area for plan members
- A full bilingual (EN / 中文) content layer is available, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Jadewell site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit treatments, prices, physicians, the Body Constitution Quiz’s patterns and recommendations, and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical clinic owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running a clinic site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new treatment, a price change, a fresh photo, a physician joining the team. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no "please email the developer".
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your treatments and prices, the Body Constitution Quiz’s questions, pattern weights and recommended plans, your physician profiles, your clinic details and the booking-form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so appointment requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical clinic owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a treatment — set the name, category, blurb, duration and from-price, and it appears in the menu and quiz recommendations automatically.
- Edit the Body Constitution Quiz — adjust the questions, pattern weights and recommended plans so results stay true to your clinic.
- Update prices — change any from-price in a click; the site and quiz update together.
- Manage physicians — edit profiles, focus areas and bios as your team changes.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage hero, about and contact copy without code.
- Manage appointments — set the form recipient, clinic / treatment routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top treatments, quiz usage and appointment requests in Google Analytics.

TCM clinic website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Body Constitution Quiz, appointment booking, bilingual content, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you TCM clinic website in Singapore.
How much does a TCM clinic website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you TCM clinic website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready clinic site with the Body Constitution Quiz tool and an appointment-first booking / enquiry flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, an appointment calendar, a patient area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Jadewell demo, your treatments and prices set up, the Body Constitution Quiz tool, an appointment-first booking / enquiry flow, a why-TCM page, physician profiles, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most TCM clinic sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, condition pages, an appointment calendar, a patient area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add treatments, change prices and refresh physician profiles yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Body Constitution Quiz and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a patient answers five quick questions about energy, sleep, digestion, temperature and stress, and a weighted score suggests their likely TCM pattern, recommends the treatments that usually suit it, gives an indicative session count and drops them into a booking with the pattern pre-filled. It educates nervous first-timers, qualifies the enquiry and lands it warm. It is fully editable in the CMS, so your questions, pattern weights and recommendations drive it.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A TCM clinic is an appointment-booking business, so the site has an appointment-first booking / enquiry flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn searches into booked consultations via the Body Constitution Quiz, treatment menu, why-TCM page, physician profiles, booking form and WhatsApp. Even consultation plans are handled by enquiry rather than a checkout.
Can the site be bilingual in English and Chinese?
Yes. The demo already carries tasteful EN / 中文 accents, and a full bilingual content layer can be added across key pages with a language switcher and hreflang, so you can serve and rank for both English- and Chinese-speaking patients. It is one of the options in the customiser.
Will the design actually look trustworthy, or is it a recoloured template?
It is a genuinely distinct clinic design — a calm, teal-and-cream palette with a slab display face, very-rounded soft cards, line icons, a warm illustrated hero and full-pill CTAs, built to read as a registered, organised clinic rather than a massage shop or a recoloured theme. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your clinic.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can patients book online and via WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes appointment-first CTAs throughout plus a PDPA-aware booking / enquiry form that routes to your inbox, and a WhatsApp option. Add the online appointment calendar for true self-service slot booking with a specific physician, and CRM integration to pipe appointments into your follow-up and recall reminders.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, MedicalClinic, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local TCM searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, optional condition and clinic-location pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is patient data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Appointment and enquiry details, including any health concerns a patient shares, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a patient area, gated content is access-controlled.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, quiz changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on your patients.
