What does a Roamsure site actually do for my Singapore travel-insurance agency?
It turns your agency’s website into a quote engine in about a week from S$900. You get a fast, comparison-style site you can try yourself in the live demo, a get-a-quote / enquiry flow, the signature Travel Cover Estimator that recommends a plan tier and an indicative premium, a filterable plans listing with coverage tables, a what-is-covered page and a how-claims-work band that build trust, and WhatsApp-first CTAs — all built to turn searchers into enquiries, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Travel insurance is bought in a hurry, on a phone, days before a flight — and won or lost on whether your site answers the traveller’s question fast. Yet many agency sites are a brochure with a phone number and a PDF, leaving someone ready to buy with nowhere to go. Roamsure flips that: it’s a clear, comparison-led site with a compare-bar hero, plan-comparison cards with coverage tables, a filterable plans listing, a claims explainer and a get-a-quote flow, so a traveller can go from “I need cover for Japan next week” to an enquiry in a couple of taps.
The signature Travel Cover Estimator is the engine. A traveller picks their trip type, destination region, trip length and who’s travelling, and it recommends the right tier — Essential, Explorer or Premier — with a live indicative premium and a get-a-quote CTA. It does the consultative first step for you, qualifies the lead, and routes them to the enquiry form already knowing what they want, rather than cold.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update plans, coverage tables, the Estimator’s rates and pages yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add a callback scheduler, a policyholder area, CRM integration or a multilingual layer as you grow, up to around S$2,600 for a fully loaded build.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real quote engine, not a brochure with a PDF.
- The Travel Cover Estimator recommends a tier and an indicative premium, qualifying the traveller first.
- Get-a-quote / enquiry and WhatsApp-first CTAs turn last-minute searches into enquiries.
- A compare-bar hero, coverage tables, a filterable plans listing and a claims-steps band built around how travellers actually choose cover.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update plans and premiums yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Roamsure site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most travel-insurance agencies: a brochure site with a downloadable PDF and no way to quote, no tool to recommend a plan or qualify a lead, no clear coverage comparison a traveller can scan, a look that feels nothing like a fintech comparison site, pages you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, comparison-style travel-insurance website — with the Travel Cover Estimator, a get-a-quote flow, coverage tables and a claims explainer — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most agencies trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A brochure site with a PDF brochure looks tidy but can’t recommend a plan, has no way to quote, and turns every lead into a phone-tag exercise. A cheap one-page site has no coverage comparison and nothing for a hurried traveller to scan. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Roamsure is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, comparison-style travel-insurance demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a compare-bar hero, the Travel Cover Estimator, plan-comparison cards, a filterable plans listing and a get-a-quote flow that actually turn visitors into enquiries.
A look that earns trust: the design is a clean orange-and-teal comparison-marketplace with Albert Sans, 8px-rounded buttons, white coverage-table cards and teal reward strips, so it reads like a professional fintech comparison site travellers already trust — not a recoloured template. The coverage tables and Estimator do the persuading the way a price-comparison grid does, but on a site you actually own and can be found on.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Brochure with a PDF and no quote → A get-a-quote / enquiry flow plus WhatsApp-first CTAs.
- Every lead is a phone-tag exercise → The Travel Cover Estimator qualifies and recommends a tier before the traveller reaches you.
- Nothing to compare → A filterable plans listing with a coverage table per plan and a detail page each.
- Doesn’t feel like a comparison site → A clean orange & teal comparison-marketplace design with Albert Sans, tailored to your brand.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update plans, coverage and premiums without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your travel-insurance site?
For a Singapore travel-insurance agency, SGBP customises the live Roamsure site — Travel Cover Estimator, get-a-quote flow, coverage tables, a filterable plans listing and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or earns trust.
Most Singapore agencies do excellent work, but a custom comparison-style insurance site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, trust-led comparison design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and insurance-specific touches like the Travel Cover Estimator, a get-a-quote flow, coverage tables, a filterable plans listing and a claims explainer are rarely built in. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom looks credible enough for people to hand over trip and medical details, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of advising travellers.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Roamsure demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brand and plans. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Roamsure demo is the actual product, Travel Cover Estimator and get-a-quote flow and all.
- Built to convert: the Estimator, get-a-quote flow, compare-bar hero, coverage tables and filterable plans listing are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, local tone and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Roamsure travel-insurance site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast during a holiday-season rush or an ad campaign spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the hero image and plan imagery are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the compare-bar hero, the coverage tables, the filterable plans listing and the interactive Travel Cover Estimator stay snappy on every device — including the phones most travellers buy cover from. The Estimator’s premium maths runs efficiently client-side, so the recommended tier and price update instantly as a traveller changes their inputs.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the get-a-quote and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware — important when travellers share trip details and medical declarations. Add CRM integration and every enquiry pipes straight into your agency CRM or mailer. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Travel Cover Estimator runs efficiently client-side for instant premium and tier updates
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware handling of quote & enquiry data
- Spam-protected get-a-quote & enquiry forms with optional CRM / email integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Roamsure site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local context, PDPA, natural local terms — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of insurance sites are built to look corporate and little else — messy markup, slow pages, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what plans you offer or who you cover. We build the opposite. Your Roamsure site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your niche and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “travel insurance for Japan Singapore” or “annual travel insurance Singapore”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks “which travel insurance covers ski trips from Singapore?”. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore travellers specifically. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness and Service markup so your agency and plans are machine-readable; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList — eligible for rich results and readable by AI engines.
- Plan and coverage pages target high-intent long-tail: “annual travel insurance Singapore”, “cruise travel insurance” and AI-Overview-style questions.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps travellers from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: coverage explainers and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local context, PDPA-aware handling and natural local terms throughout.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a plan and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Roamsure travel-insurance site actually look like?
You get a full agency site, not a brochure: a comparison-style homepage, a filterable plans listing, a detail page per plan, a what-is-covered page, a how-claims-work page, an about page, a get-a-quote / contact page, an FAQ, a reviews page and a dedicated page for the signature Travel Cover Estimator — rebuilt with your brand, plans and tone.
We start from the live Roamsure demo and rebuild every page around your agency, brand and plans. Nothing stays as filler: your plans, premiums, copy, imagery, coverage tables and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the compare-bar hero, the coverage tables, the Travel Cover Estimator, the filterable plans listing and the get-a-quote flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can swap a hero image, add a plan or update a premium long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, a callback scheduler, advanced SEO, a policyholder area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: local context, MRT-served adviser desks, a local tone, and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a compare-bar hero with trip tabs, a stats strip, single-trip plan-comparison cards with coverage tables, a four-pillar “what it covers” row, a voucher reward strip, the Travel Cover Estimator, a how-claims-work steps band, testimonials and a pre-footer CTA — all rebranded to you.
- Plans listing — a left filter sidebar (trip type, coverage feature, budget, traveller type) plus plan-comparison cards with coverage tables and a sort control.
- Plan detail — a hero image, the plan story, a what’s-covered vs what’s-excluded split, add-ons, a sticky coverage-table aside with the premium and a get-this-plan CTA, and related plans.
- Travel Cover Estimator — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool, a how-the-estimate-works explainer and an honesty note.
- Coverage — what travel insurance covers explained in plain English, a tier-by-tier coverage comparison table and optional add-ons.
- Claims — a four-step claims process, what to keep by claim type and a 24-hour emergency band.
- About — your agency’s story, a founder section, the advisers and the values you stand by.
- Get a quote & contact — a get-a-quote / enquiry form (no cart): plan, destination, travellers, dates and a PDPA-aware consent, plus a WhatsApp option and your adviser desks.
- Reviews — traveller reviews with a trust stats strip.
- FAQ — an accordion of common questions, ready for FAQ schema.
- Footer & navigation — an organised fintech footer with plans, agency and contact columns plus a regulatory disclaimer line, and a sticky white header with a plain Plans dropdown and a Get-a-quote CTA.

Can the Roamsure site scale from a solo adviser to a multi-adviser agency or aggregator as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page agency brand with a full plan library, destination guides, a callback scheduler, a policyholder area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add get-a-quote and WhatsApp capture from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most agencies launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Roamsure is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, plans, the Estimator, coverage and a get-a-quote page. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per plan, destination and trip-type landing pages and a travel-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Growth is also more channels and more automation. The native Astro build shown in the demo is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so a peak-season rush or an ad spike is far less likely to slow it down. When you’re ready, switch on a callback / claims-intake scheduler so travellers self-book an adviser, and add CRM integration so every enquiry flows into your follow-up.
Serving a regional or bilingual clientele? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add plans, destination guides and a tips engine as content rather than a rebuild
- The plans listing, Travel Cover Estimator and get-a-quote flow keep a larger site fast and easy to navigate on mobile
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast through peak season or campaign spikes; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: a callback / claims-intake scheduler plus CRM integration for follow-ups
- Add channels: WhatsApp capture, live chat and a policyholder area for renewals
- A multilingual content layer is available for regional or bilingual travellers, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Roamsure site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit plans, coverage tables, premiums, the Travel Cover Estimator’s rates and pages, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build. Most non-technical owners get the hang of it quickly.
Running an agency site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new plan, a premium change, a fresh coverage limit, an adviser joining or leaving. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your plans and coverage tables, the Travel Cover Estimator’s regions and rates, your add-ons, your adviser-desk details and the get-a-quote form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The form recipient is editable too, so enquiries reach the right inbox.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical owner to manage solo.
- Add or edit a plan — set the name, tier, blurb, coverage rows and from-price, and it appears in the listing, comparison cards and Estimator automatically.
- Edit the Travel Cover Estimator — adjust the region bases, length multipliers and add-on prices so the indicative premium stays accurate to your rates.
- Update premiums — change any from-price in a click; the cards, detail pages and Estimator update together.
- Manage coverage tables & add-ons — edit benefit limits and what each add-on covers.
- Edit a page or hero — update the homepage hero, coverage, claims and about copy without code.
- Manage enquiries — set the form recipient, plan / destination routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top plans, Travel Cover Estimator usage and enquiries in Google Analytics.

Travel-insurance website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Travel Cover Estimator, the get-a-quote flow, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you travel-insurance-agent website in Singapore.
How much does a travel-insurance website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you travel-insurance-agent website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready comparison-style site with the Travel Cover Estimator tool and a get-a-quote / enquiry flow built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, a callback scheduler, a policyholder area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Roamsure demo, your plans and premiums set up, the Travel Cover Estimator tool, a get-a-quote / enquiry flow, coverage tables, a filterable plans listing, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How quickly can the site be built and go live?
Most travel-insurance sites are designed, built and launched within 7 to 14 days of payment. Larger 20+ page sites, a callback scheduler, a policyholder area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that window. We share a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can add plans, change premiums and refresh coverage tables yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Travel Cover Estimator and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool: a traveller picks their trip type, destination region, trip length and who’s travelling, and it recommends the right plan tier — Essential, Explorer or Premier — with a live indicative premium and a get-a-quote CTA. It does the consultative first step for you, qualifies the lead and gets them to your enquiry form warm, already knowing what they want. It is fully editable in the CMS, including the regions and rates.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A travel-insurance agency is a service-and-advice business, so the site has a get-a-quote / enquiry flow instead of an e-commerce cart. The job of the site is to turn searchers into enquiries via the Travel Cover Estimator, the coverage tables, the filterable plans listing, the get-a-quote form and WhatsApp — then your adviser confirms a real quote.
Will the design actually look like a real comparison site, or a recoloured template?
It is a genuinely trust-led comparison-marketplace design — a clean orange-and-teal palette with Albert Sans, 8px-rounded buttons, white coverage-table cards, a compare-bar hero and teal reward strips — built to feel like a professional fintech comparison site travellers already trust. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to you, so it reads as your agency rather than a generic theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can travellers get a quote online and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a PDPA-aware get-a-quote / enquiry form that routes to your inbox, plus WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout. Add the callback / claims-intake scheduler for true self-service booking of an adviser, and CRM integration to pipe enquiries into your follow-up flows.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to travel-insurance searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is traveller data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Quote and enquiry details, including any medical declarations, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms include PDPA consent wording. If you add a policyholder area, gated content is access-controlled.
Is the Travel Cover Estimator a real, regulated quote?
No — and the site is careful to say so. The Estimator gives an indicative premium to guide a traveller to the right tier; it is a guide, not a binding quote or a contract of insurance. In your real build we wire it to your own rates, and a labelled disclaimer makes clear that a real adviser confirms the final premium. This keeps you on the right side of how insurance can be presented.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, Travel Cover Estimator wording and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes so you can focus on your travellers.
