Project Brief Estimator
Three choices, one honest answer. Tell us the shape of your project and the estimator returns the engagement we would suggest, an indicative design-fee band as a percentage of construction cost, and a realistic programme.
This is an honest guide, not a quote. Real fees and programmes depend on the site, brief, budget and authority requirements, and are agreed in a written proposal after we have met. Lattice Architects is a fictional demo brand built by SGBP.
How to read the result
The fee band
Architects in Singapore are most often engaged on a percentage of construction cost. Our band moves with the scale and complexity of the work — a single home carries a higher percentage than a large multi-unit project, and a concept-only study is lower than a full service. It is a guide; your real fee is fixed in a proposal.
The engagement
Most clients want one of three things: a concept study to take an idea forward, a full architectural service from design through authority submissions and site to completion, or a single design-and-build team. The estimator matches your scope to the engagement that usually fits.
The programme
Building well takes time — design, BCA and URA approvals, tender and construction all add up. The indicative months span the first conversation to a completed building, and naturally lengthen for larger and more complex projects.
What it is not
It is not a quote, and it cannot see your site, your budget or the rules that apply to your plot. Treat it as a sensible starting point for a conversation. The moment we understand your brief properly, we set out real numbers in writing.
Like what the estimator suggests? Let’s turn it into a real proposal.
