What the sessions are like
Barbell Strength is the heart of Volt. Every session is programmed around the lifts that actually build a stronger body — the back squat, bench and overhead press, deadlift and their close cousins — and run in groups capped at eight so a coach is always within arm’s reach of your bar.
You don’t need to arrive knowing how to lift. We teach the movement, load it sensibly, and write the weeks so your numbers climb without you guessing. Returning lifters get the structure they’ve been missing; beginners get hands-on coaching that turns a scary barbell into the most useful tool in the room.
Because it’s programmed in blocks rather than random workouts, you can see the progress in writing — last month’s squat versus this month’s. Train it two to three times a week and the strength carries into everything else you do, in and out of the gym.
