What the sessions are like

One-to-one is the most direct line to your goal. A coach plans every session around you alone — your history, your injuries, the number you’re chasing — and adjusts in real time as you train. There’s nowhere for a weak link to hide, which is exactly the point.

It’s the right call when you’re coming back from an injury, prepping for something specific, or you just want technique sorted properly before you train heavier in a group. Many members use a block of private sessions to build a base, then move into small groups once they’re confident.

Sessions are booked around your schedule at either studio. You keep the same coach throughout, so the programme stays joined-up and the next target is always clear before you walk out.
