What the sessions are like
Hyrox & Competition Prep is built for the people chasing a finish time. Sessions rehearse the actual demands of hybrid racing — compromised running, sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, sandbag and farmer carries — and drill the transitions between them, which is where most races are won or lost.
We periodise the training towards your event so you peak at the right time instead of burning out in the build-up. Coaches break the race into stations, find your weak ones, and turn them into strengths over the weeks leading in.
You don’t have to be racing to enjoy it — plenty of members train Hyrox simply because having a clear target makes them show up. But if there’s a date on the calendar, this is the room that gets you to the line ready.
