What the sessions are like
Small-Group PT sits between a class and full one-to-one. Three or four members share a coach and a common goal, so you get hands-on correction, individual loading and real accountability — without paying full PT rates or training entirely alone.
It’s the sweet spot plenty of people settle into. You still get a programme written for where you are, the coach still watches your reps, but there’s a small group around you keeping the energy up and the sessions social. Couples and colleagues often book a slot together.
Because the numbers are tiny, nobody hides at the back. The coach knows your name, your history and your next target, and adjusts the session on the day to suit who’s in the room.
Who it's good for
People who want close coaching and accountability but prefer training with a couple of others.
