Our story

Started by technicians, not salesmen

Desmond Goh spent twelve years inside an authorised agent workshop. He was good at the job and proud of the work, but he was tired of one thing: watching owners hand over hundreds of dollars for repairs nobody bothered to explain, on cars that often didn’t need half of it.

Revline Garage is his answer. We set up in the Sin Ming car belt in 2015 with a simple rule — quote before we touch the car, show the customer the worn parts, and never charge for work we wouldn’t do on our own cars. Word spread the way it does in this trade: one driver at a time, by being straight with people.

Today we service every kind of car Singapore drives, from a first-car hatchback to a high-mileage Continental, with the same agent-grade work at independent prices. The team has grown, the bays are busier, but the rule hasn’t changed.

The things drivers ask us most, answered straight.

For most cars a general service every 10,000 km or six months keeps things reliable, with a major service at the larger maker intervals (often around 40,000 km) that adds plugs, filters and a deeper inspection. Cars that sit in heavy traffic, do short stop-start trips, or are getting on in years do best sticking closely to that schedule. We follow your manufacturer’s mileage plan and tell you plainly which service your car is actually due.
No. Under Singapore’s Block Exemption framework you are free to service your car at any qualified independent workshop without voiding the manufacturer warranty, as long as the servicing follows the maker’s schedule and uses the correct specification of parts and fluids. We stamp your service record, use OEM-quality parts, and keep the documentation so your warranty stays fully intact — at independent prices.
Always. You can get an indicative figure straight away from our Service Quote Builder, and a firm quote once we have seen the car. Nothing extra is done without your approval — if we open something up and find more, we call you with the price first. For repairs we show you the worn parts that came off. You should never get a surprise on the invoice, and with us you won’t.
Yes. A pre-inspection check sorts the common fail points — brakes, emissions, lights, tyres and obvious leaks — before you go for your LTA periodic inspection, so you pass the first time instead of making a second trip. If we find something, you get a clear fix-list with a quote, and you decide what to do. It is far cheaper than failing and re-testing.
Yes. Our technicians are time-served on Continental marques as well as Japanese and Korean cars, and we have the diagnostic tools to read and reset their systems properly. You get agent-grade servicing and repair — correct oils, OEM-quality parts, proper resets — without the agent’s labour rates. Continental and performance cars are priced a little higher in our quote tool to reflect the parts and time involved.
Call or WhatsApp our roadside line, open until 10pm. Within our coverage area we can reach a flat battery, a no-start or a roadside issue, test it on the spot and often fit a battery or get you moving without a tow. If the car genuinely needs the workshop, we arrange collection so you are not stranded or paying for an unnecessary tow.
For customers who can’t make it down to Sin Ming, we collect and return the car within our coverage area, and there is a drop-off point in Kaki Bukit for the East side. For longer repairs that keep the car overnight, a loan car can usually be arranged in advance — just ask when you book so we can set it aside.
We use OEM-quality and genuine parts, and where it makes sense we offer you the choice between OEM and good aftermarket parts so you control the spend — the worn parts that come off are shown to you. Our workmanship and the parts we fit are backed by a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty, whichever comes first. If something we did isn’t right, we put it right.
Your contact details, car information and any photos you send stay private and are looked after exactly as Singapore’s PDPA expects. They exist for one reason — to prepare a quote, set up your booking and follow up afterwards. No marketing blasts, and nothing ever leaves our garage.
