We diagnose first and quote before we touch anything, and we give you the choice between OEM and good-quality aftermarket parts where it makes sense — so you control the spend. For bigger jobs we will show you the worn part that came off, because you should be able to see what you paid for.
For repairs that keep the car overnight we can arrange collection and return within our coverage area, so you are not stranded. The aim is simple: fix it properly once, explain it honestly, and get you back on the road without the upsell games.
