A flight is four small pours of your choosing, served on a wooden paddle, so you can taste your way around the beer list before committing to a full glass. Yes — the working brewhouse sits directly behind the bar at our Tyrwhitt Road taproom. Most of what you drink was brewed a few metres from where you are sitting, usually within the last few weeks. The Saturday tour takes you right into it.
Absolutely. You can buy fresh 440ml cans of most beers at both the taproom and our canalside bottle shop, or bring a growler (or buy one) for a 1L or 2L fill straight from the tap. Growler fills are the freshest way to drink our beer at home, and we will tell you how long it keeps.
We run a short bar-snacks menu from the kitchen window — think fried bites, boards and a couple of mains — designed to go with the beer rather than be a full dinner. You are also welcome to order delivery to the taproom, and for private hires you can bring in an external caterer.
Adults who are not drinking are very welcome, and we keep a few non-alcoholic options on hand. As a licensed brewery, the taproom is an 18-and-over space in the evenings, so we are not able to admit under-18s — sorry, it is a licensing rule, not a preference.
Tours run on Saturdays, last about 75 minutes, and cost S$38 a person. You get a guided walk through the brewhouse, the story behind each core beer, four tasting pours including something straight from the tank, a Kilnfire glass to keep, and a 10% bottle-shop voucher for the day. Numbers are capped, so book ahead on WhatsApp.
Yes. We offer half-venue and full-venue hire from S$800 for birthdays, work events and launches, with a dedicated pourer, a curated beer selection, and an optional guided tasting or brewery talk. Weeknights are the easiest to secure. Message us your date and rough headcount and we will put together the options.
The taproom and brewery sit at 17 Tyrwhitt Road in Jalan Besar — roughly six minutes on foot from Bendemeer MRT, or eight from Lavender. Our canalside bottle shop is over at Kampong Bugis in Kallang, beside the park connector. Street parking is limited, so the MRT or a short ride is your best bet, especially at weekends.
