What does a Kilnfire site actually do for my Singapore brewery or taproom?
It turns your brewery’s website into a table-filling, can-selling engine in about a week from S$900. You get a dark, atmospheric site you can try yourself in the live demo, a table-reservation flow, the signature Brew Flight Finder that turns a taste profile into a recommended four-glass flight, a full beer list with ABV / IBU / style, taproom and tour pages, events and reviews — all built to turn searches into booked tables and bought cans, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
Drinkers choose a taproom on vibe and on the beer — they want to know it looks like a place worth crossing town for, what is actually on tap, and how to reserve a table or book a tour without phone-tag. Yet many breweries run a thin site that hides the beer list, never shows the room, and gives no easy way to book. Kilnfire flips that: a moody charcoal-and-copper site with a dark hero, a wide-card beer list with the numbers beer fans care about, a taproom page that sells the room, and an instant flight finder — so a drinker goes from “is this place any good?” to a reserved table in a couple of taps.
The signature Brew Flight Finder is the standout, and it solves the exact thing first-timers hesitate over: what to order. A guest picks a flavour leaning, how much bitterness they can take and how strong they want it, and the tool assembles a recommended four-glass tasting flight from your range — each beer with its ABV, IBU and style — then sends a pre-filled reserve-a-table request to WhatsApp. It removes the “I don’t know what I like” friction and lands the booking warm.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update beers, the flight finder’s options, events, tour times and taproom hours yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add an online table calendar, beer-style landing pages, a mug-club members area or CRM integration as you grow, up to around S$2,600.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real reservation engine, not a thin one-pager.
- A dark, atmospheric design that sells the room before anyone walks in.
- The Brew Flight Finder turns a taste profile into a four-glass flight — and books guests warm.
- A beer list with ABV / IBU / style, plus tours and events — the things drinkers actually look for.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update beers and events yourself, no lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Kilnfire site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what frustrates most breweries: a thin, dated site, no easy way to reserve or book a tour, a hidden or out-of-date beer list, no age-gate, a look that doesn’t sell the room, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise costs. You get a complete, atmospheric brewery website — with the Brew Flight Finder, table reservations, a beer list, taproom, tours and events — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most breweries trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A thin site is slow on mobile, hides the beer list and the booking link, never shows the taproom, and has no age-gate — so curious drinkers bounce. A cheap template looks generic and does nothing for a venue sold on atmosphere. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Kilnfire is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven brewery demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with a dark hero, the Brew Flight Finder, a wide-card beer list, taproom and tour pages and table reservations that actually turn searches into booked tables and tour spots.
A look that sells the vibe: a taproom lives or dies on atmosphere, so the design is a moody charcoal-and-copper system with full-bleed brewery photography, ABV / IBU / style stats on every beer, an age-gate and honest reviews. It reads as a real, characterful brewery rather than a recoloured theme — exactly what makes someone decide to come down.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything — beers, the finder’s options, events, tour times, hours — through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Thin, dated site → A fast, mobile-first, atmospheric brewery site that sells the room.
- Hard to book → Table reservations plus WhatsApp-first ordering on every page.
- Hidden or stale beer list → A live beer list with ABV / IBU / style and per-beer pages.
- Guests don’t know what to order → The Brew Flight Finder builds them a four-glass flight.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update beers, events and hours without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your brewery site?
For a Singapore brewery, SGBP customises the live Kilnfire site — Brew Flight Finder, table reservations, beer list, tours and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely sells the room or converts.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom brewery site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, atmosphere-first brewery design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and brewery-specific touches like the Brew Flight Finder, an age-gate, an ABV / IBU beer list, table reservations and tour booking are rarely built in well. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom captures the vibe, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of brewing.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Kilnfire demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your brewery and beers. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Kilnfire demo is the actual product, Brew Flight Finder and reservations and all.
- Built to convert: the finder, table reservations, beer list and tours are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, age-gate, local tone and SGD pricing throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Kilnfire brewery site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware, with an age-gate built in — and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast on a busy Friday-night spike.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the dark hero, brewery photography and beer-card images are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the site and the interactive Brew Flight Finder stay snappy on every device — including the phones most guests book from. The age-gate runs client-side and remembers a returning visitor.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the reservation and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware. Add CRM or booking-system integration and reservations can pipe into your workflow. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.

Will my Kilnfire site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness / Brewery, Product, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local areas, MRT lines, beer styles, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of brewery sites are built to look fine and little else — slow pages, messy markup, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell what you brew or where you are. We build the opposite. Your Kilnfire site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “craft brewery Jalan Besar” or “taproom near me Singapore”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks where to drink fresh beer in the area. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore and your neighbourhood. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness / Brewery markup so your venue is machine-readable; Product markup for your beers; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, beer-style / occasion landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness / Brewery, Product, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList.
- Beer-style & occasion pages target high-intent local long-tail: “hazy IPA Singapore”, “brewery tour Jalan Besar”.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps guests from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: beer copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local areas, MRT lines, beer styles, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update a beer and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Kilnfire brewery site actually look like?
You get a full brewery site, not a single page: a dark homepage with a right-aligned hero, a wide-card beer list, a detail page per beer, a dedicated Brew Flight Finder, a taproom page, a tours & hire page, an events page, an about page, an FAQ and a reserve / contact page — rebuilt with your beers, taproom and tone.
We start from the live Kilnfire demo and rebuild every page around your brewery, brand and beers. Nothing stays as filler: your beers, taproom photos, hours, copy and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the dark hero, the wide-card beer list, the Brew Flight Finder, the taproom and tour pages and the reservation flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can update hours, add a beer or post an event long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, an online table calendar, advanced SEO, a members area and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: an age-gate, local area and MRT references, an atmospheric tone and honest copy throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a dark right-aligned hero, an age-gate, a brewery-story split, a flagship beer row, a taproom split, the Brew Flight Finder, a stats band, events and reviews — all rebranded to you.
- Our Beers — every beer as a wide dark card with ABV / IBU / style, grouped year-round vs seasonal, each linking to a detail page.
- Beer detail — a dark photo banner, a stat block, tasting-notes paragraphs, a food pairing and a related-beers row.
- Brew Flight Finder — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool and a how-it-works explainer.
- Taproom — venue photos, what-we-care-about pillars and your locations with hours and MRT directions.
- Tours & hire — reservation cards for a brewery tour, a table and a private buyout.
- Events — upcoming tastings, launches and taproom nights.
- About — your founder story, a stats band and the people behind the bar.
- FAQ — a dark question-pill accordion, ready for FAQ schema.
- Visit & reserve / contact — a reservation form (no cart): party size, time, reason and a PDPA-aware consent, plus WhatsApp.

Can the Kilnfire site scale from a single taproom to a multi-venue brand as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page brewery with a full beer library, beer-style landing pages, multiple venues, an events calendar, an online table calendar, a mug-club members area, CRM integration and even a second language. Add the Brew Flight Finder from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most breweries launch with a focused presence and broaden as they grow. Kilnfire is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, beers, the flight finder and reservations. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per beer, beer-style landing pages and a brew-journal — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Adding venues and events is built in: the locations and events sections scale through the CMS, so a second taproom or bottle shop and a full events calendar slot in cleanly, each strengthening your local SEO. The native Astro build is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so it stays fast as the site grows. When you’re ready, switch on an online table calendar, a mug-club members area and CRM integration.
Serving more guests in more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add beers, style pages and a brew-journal as content rather than a rebuild
- The locations and events sections scale through the CMS — new venues and events slot in and strengthen local SEO
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast as you grow; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online table calendar, a mug-club members area and CRM integration
- Add channels: WhatsApp reservations, live chat and a secure members area
- A multilingual content layer is available for more guests, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Kilnfire site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit beers, the Brew Flight Finder’s options, events, tour times, taproom hours and reviews, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build.
Running a brewery site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new beer on tap, a beer running out, an event next weekend, changed opening hours, a fresh review. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your beers and their ABV / IBU / style, the Brew Flight Finder’s taste, bitterness and strength options, your events, tour times, locations and hours, and the form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The reservation-form recipient is editable too, so requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for non-technical bar staff to manage solo.
- Update opening hours — change them once and they update across the site.
- Add or edit a beer — name, style, ABV, IBU, tasting notes and photo, live in minutes.
- Mark a beer on tap or seasonal — and it appears or moves in the beer list automatically.
- Edit the Brew Flight Finder — adjust the taste, bitterness and strength options and which beers match.
- Post an event — a tasting, launch or taproom night, on the events page in minutes.
- Manage reservations — set the form recipient, table / tour / hire routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top beers, finder usage and reservations in Google Analytics.

Craft brewery website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Brew Flight Finder, table reservations, the age-gate, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you craft-brewery website in Singapore.
How much does a craft brewery website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you craft-brewery website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready brewery site with the Brew Flight Finder and table reservations built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, an online table calendar, a members area or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Kilnfire demo, your beers, taproom and tours set up, the Brew Flight Finder, a table-reservation + enquiry flow, an age-gate, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most brewery sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, beer-style landing pages, an online table calendar, a members area or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can update hours, add beers, post events and refresh content yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Brew Flight Finder and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool, built around the thing first-timers hesitate over: what to order. A guest picks a flavour leaning, how much bitterness they can take and how strong they want it, and the tool assembles a recommended four-glass tasting flight from your range — each beer with its ABV, IBU and style — then sends a pre-filled reserve-a-table request to WhatsApp. It removes the “I don’t know what I like” friction, and it is fully editable in the CMS. It is a guide to start a flight, not a fixed order; the bar fine-tunes it on the day.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. A taproom runs on reservations and walk-ins, not e-commerce, so the site has table reservations and a WhatsApp-first ordering flow instead of a cart. The job of the site is to turn searches into booked tables, tour spots and cans collected in person via the Brew Flight Finder, beer list, taproom and tour pages and reservation form. There is no checkout.
Does the site have an age-gate for alcohol?
Yes. A licensed brewery should confirm a visitor is of legal drinking age, so the demo ships with a built-in age-gate that appears on first visit and remembers a returning guest. It is fully customisable — wording, age and styling — and is included in the base build at no extra cost.
Will the design actually capture my taproom’s vibe, or is it a recoloured template?
A taproom is sold on atmosphere, so the design is a moody charcoal-and-copper system with full-bleed brewery photography, ABV / IBU / style stats on every beer, an age-gate and honest reviews. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to your brewery, so it reads as your room rather than a generic theme — exactly what makes someone decide to come down.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if your team already knows it and wants full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can guests reserve and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a table-reservation form and WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout, plus the Brew Flight Finder which sends a pre-filled reservation request to WhatsApp. Add the online table & tour calendar for true self-service booking, and CRM or booking-system integration so reservations flow into your workflow.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness / Brewery, Product, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local searches like “brewery near me”. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, beer-style / occasion landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is guest data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Reservation and enquiry details are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms capture only what is needed to respond. If you add a members area, access is secured and role-based.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, finder changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes — like a new beer on tap or this weekend’s event — so you can focus on brewing.
