Chillwash began when Desmond Toh, after a decade fixing appliances, grew tired of watching neighbours pay for whole new units when a $120 part would have done — or pay for parts a general handyman swapped on a hunch.
So we built a repair company that does one thing properly: white goods. We diagnose the real fault, show you the price before any work, carry the parts that fail most often, and back every repair for 90 days. More than 14,500 appliances later, that’s still exactly how we work.
