Chillwash began on the back of fifteen years fixing fridges, washers and commercial chillers across Singapore. Desmond Yeo got tired of watching customers pay for repairs they didn’t need, or get sold a new machine when an S$90 part would have done — so he built a repair service that quotes before it touches anything and tells you the truth about whether a fix is worth it.
Today we run two workshops, carry the common parts in the van, and back every completed repair with 90-day workmanship cover. Same team, same honesty, whether you call about a leaking washer or a cafe chiller that died before the lunch rush.

Trust
No diagnosis-then-upsell games. You get a written price before any repair starts, the callout fee is deducted from your bill once you go ahead, and every completed repair carries 90-day workmanship cover. If we cannot save your appliance, we will tell you before you have spent a cent on parts.
Mission
Keep good appliances running and out of the bin. A perished gasket or a clogged pump should never cost you a new fridge, and a working machine repaired honestly is better for your wallet and the planet than a landfill and a delivery van.
Desmond Yeo
Spent his twenties servicing commercial refrigeration before starting Chillwash. Still does the tricky no-cooling diagnoses himself.
Rahmat Salleh
Washers, dryers and dishwashers are his patch. Famous for finding the coin in the pump in under five minutes.
Wei Ling Tan
Runs the Serangoon workshop, sources the awkward gaskets and bearings, and keeps the van stock honest.
