We stock the common gaskets, pumps, belts, drain hoses, sensors, thermal fuses and heating elements in the van, so most home repairs finish in a single visit. If something has to be ordered in, we keep your slot and come back as soon as it lands.

Yes. Our workshops are in Serangoon (North-East) and Jurong East (West), and our technicians cover HDB, condo and landed homes island-wide. Drop-offs for small appliances are welcome at the Serangoon workshop.

Every finished repair carries 90-day workmanship cover. If the same fault comes back inside that window because of our work, we return and resolve it at no cost.

Yes — our servicing plan is a scheduled health check and clean for homes with several appliances and for F&B kitchens. There is no lock-in, and we will be candid about whether a plan makes sense for what sits in your home.

PayNow, bank transfer or card on completion. You get an itemised invoice listing the labour and any parts. We confirm the full price on site before starting, so the invoice never has surprises on it.
