What does a Chillwash site actually do for my Singapore appliance-repair business?
It turns your repair business into a booking engine in about a week from S$900. You get a clean, trust-first site you can try yourself in the live demo, an online repair-booking flow, the signature Fault Finder that turns an appliance symptom into likely causes and an indicative cost, an appliance menu, a brands-serviced page and a how-it-works flow — all built to turn “fridge not cooling Tampines” searches into booked callouts, and yours to own outright with running costs from S$15/mo.
When an appliance dies, the customer is stressed and in a hurry — a warm freezer is on the clock, a leaking washer is reaching the floor below. They search on their phone, and they choose the repairer who looks competent, gives some idea of cost, and lets them book without phone-tag. Yet most appliance technicians run a thin one-page site or rely on a directory listing that says nothing about which faults you fix or what it might cost. Chillwash flips that: a cool, credible site with a clear appliance menu, the brands you service, named technicians, an honest how-it-works flow and an instant Fault Finder — so the customer goes from “can this person fix my fridge, and roughly what will it cost?” to a booked callout in a couple of taps.
The signature Fault Finder is the standout, and it directly addresses the two things a panicking customer wants to know: what is probably wrong, and what it might cost. They pick the appliance and the symptom — fridge not cooling, washer won’t drain, oven won’t heat — and the tool shows the causes you most often find plus an indicative repair-cost range, then books them on WhatsApp with the fault pre-filled. It educates, sets expectations, qualifies the lead, and lands it warm.
And it’s an asset you own, not a rental. You keep 100% of the code and a self-editable CMS, so you update appliances, faults, brands, technicians and the Fault Finder’s price ranges yourself without paying a developer per change. After launch you only pay what you choose — managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo. Start at S$900, then add an online calendar, area landing pages, a customer job portal or CRM integration as you grow, up to around S$2,600.
- Launch in 7–14 days from S$900 — a real booking engine, not a thin one-page listing.
- A trust-first, specialist design and named technicians that win the job over a generic handyman.
- The Fault Finder turns a symptom into likely causes AND an indicative cost — and books customers warm.
- Clear appliances, common faults and a brands-serviced page — the things customers actually search for.
- You own 100% of the code plus a self-editable CMS — update faults and prices yourself, no agency lock-in.
- Predictable running costs: managed hosting from S$15/mo and optional care from S$150/mo, not an open-ended retainer.

What problems does a done-for-you Chillwash site fix that DIY and freelancers don’t?
It removes what costs appliance repairers jobs: a thin one-page or directory-only presence, no easy booking, no idea of which faults you fix or what they cost, a generic look that reads like a handyman, sites you can’t edit, agency lock-in, missing local SEO and surprise build costs. You get a complete, specialist repair website — with the Fault Finder, repair booking, an appliance menu, technicians and a brands page — that you own outright, live in 7–14 days from S$900.
Most appliance technicians trying to fix their web presence hit the same wall. A thin one-pager or a directory listing is slow, says nothing about which faults you actually fix, and gives no sense of cost — so a stressed customer bounces to the next result. A cheap template looks like every other handyman and wins nothing on trust. A freelancer can vanish mid-build or hand over something you can’t touch. A full agency may quote thousands and tie you to their platform. Chillwash is designed to remove each of those frustrations.
Speed and conversion: instead of months of theme-wrangling, your site is customised from a proven, specialist appliance-repair demo and typically delivered in 7–14 days — with the Fault Finder, an appliance menu, named technicians, a brands page and online repair booking that actually turn “washer not draining” searches into booked callouts.
A look that reads as a specialist, not a handyman: appliance repair is bought on competence and price clarity, so the design is a cool, clean teal-and-charcoal system with named technicians, clear appliances and honest reviews. It reads as a focused white-goods expert rather than a recoloured general-trade template — exactly what wins the job from a worried customer.
Ownership and cost: you own 100% of the code and edit everything — appliances, faults, brands, Fault Finder prices — through a self-editable CMS, so you’re never tied to a retainer. On-page SEO, GA4 and clean markup are delivered as standard. Pricing is a transparent customiser from S$900 to S$2,600 with 3 revision rounds included — no vague “it depends” invoices.
- Thin one-pager / directory-only → A full, fast, specialist repair site customers trust.
- Hard to book → Online repair booking plus WhatsApp-first enquiry on every page.
- No sense of faults or cost → A clear appliance menu and a Fault Finder showing causes & cost ranges.
- Reads like a generic handyman → A focused white-goods-specialist look with named technicians and a brands page.
- Can’t edit it yourself → A self-editable CMS lets you update appliances, faults and prices without a developer.
- Locked into an agency → You own 100% of the code; hosting (from S$15/mo) and care (from S$150/mo) are optional.
- Surprise costs → A transparent customiser shows your price from S$900 to S$2,600 up front, 3 revisions included.

SGBP vs a Singapore agency, freelancer or DIY — which is right for your repair site?
For a Singapore appliance-repair business, SGBP customises the live Chillwash site — Fault Finder, repair booking, technicians and a brands page and all — in 7–14 days from S$900 to S$2,600, and you own 100% of the code with no lock-in. Singapore agencies typically quote far more over several weeks; freelancers vary widely; a DIY builder is cheapest but rarely converts or reads as a specialist.
Most Singapore agencies do solid work, but a custom repair site is often a multi-thousand-dollar scope spread over weeks — and many keep you on their platform. You can end up paying for process you don’t need when there’s already a proven, specialist appliance-repair design ready to customise.
A freelancer can be cheaper and faster, but quality, code ownership and follow-up swing widely — and repair-specific touches like the Fault Finder, online booking, named technicians and a brands-serviced page are rarely built in well. A DIY website builder is the lowest cash outlay, but it rarely converts, seldom reads as a competent specialist, and leaves you wrestling templates instead of fixing appliances.
SGBP sits in between on purpose: you start from the live Chillwash demo, so you can see and click exactly what you’re buying, then we customise it to your appliances and brands. Every build is delivered with on-page SEO (with an SEO/AEO upgrade option), SSL, GA4, PDPA-aware forms, a self-editable CMS and a handover manual — the things that often become paid “add-ons” elsewhere.
- Time and cost: 7–14 days, from S$900 to S$2,600 one-time, versus the weeks and far higher fees a custom agency build typically involves.
- Ownership: you keep 100% of the code and your content — no platform lock-in.
- See before you buy: the live Chillwash demo is the actual product, Fault Finder and booking and all.
- Built to convert: the finder, repair booking, technicians and brands page are part of the build, not quoted extra.
- Singapore-ready: PDPA-aware data handling, SGD pricing, HDB/condo/landed framing and local tone throughout.
- Optional, not obligatory: managed hosting from S$15/mo and a Care plan from S$150/mo if you want it hands-off.

What is under the hood of your Chillwash repair site?
Under the hood is static-first Astro, exactly what this demo runs on, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build, served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching. It is fast, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, SSL-secured and PDPA-aware, and yours to deploy anywhere.
The native build, exactly what this demo runs on, is static-first Astro with a headless CMS and minimal JavaScript. Prefer a familiar CMS? We build a hardened WordPress (+S$250) or Webflow (+S$200) site instead. Whichever you choose, it’s served over a global CDN with modern compression and caching, so it stays fast when a heatwave sends fridge-repair searches spiking.
We tune for Core Web Vitals: the full-bleed hero, appliance cards and technician photos are lazy-loaded in modern formats (WebP/AVIF) with set dimensions to avoid layout shift, so the site and the interactive Fault Finder stay snappy on every device — including the phones most customers book from in a panic. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA so the site works for everyone.
SSL/HTTPS and security headers are enforced, the booking and enquiry forms are spam-protected, and data handling is PDPA-aware. Add CRM integration and bookings can pipe into your job workflow. You own 100% of the source code, with no lock-in, so you can host with us from S$15/mo or deploy anywhere yourself.
- Static-first Astro, or a hardened WordPress or Webflow build
- Core Web Vitals tuned; WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, semantic HTML
- Interactive Fault Finder runs efficiently client-side
- SSL/HTTPS and security headers; PDPA-aware data handling
- Spam-protected booking & enquiry forms with optional CRM integration
- Clean SEO markup, XML sitemaps and GA4 included as standard
- 100% source-code ownership, no lock-in, deploy anywhere

Will my Chillwash site rank on Google and get quoted by ChatGPT?
Every build is delivered search-ready: clean semantic HTML, a JSON-LD schema graph (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb), fast Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps and Search Console. Answer-first content and Singapore signals — local towns, HDB/condo/landed terms, appliance and brand names, PDPA, natural local language — give Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and voice assistants what they need to find and quote you. No rankings are guaranteed.
Plenty of repair sites are built to look fine and little else — slow pages, messy markup, no structured data — so neither Google nor AI engines can tell which appliances you fix or where you cover. We build the opposite. Your Chillwash site is delivered with clean semantic HTML5, correct heading order, descriptive alt text, canonical tags and a tidy URL structure. Rankings always depend on your area and competition, but the technical groundwork is done right from day one.
Here’s the jargon in plain terms. SEO helps you rank on Google for searches like “fridge repair Clementi” or “washing machine not draining Singapore”. AEO and AIO help your content get surfaced and quoted by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews when someone asks what a no-cooling fridge is likely to cost. GEO makes sure those answers know you serve Singapore and your area. Voice covers Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa.
The engine is a JSON-LD schema graph baked into every page: LocalBusiness markup so your repair business and coverage are machine-readable; Service markup for each appliance repair; FAQPage so your common answers can be lifted into AI replies; Review markup for trust; BreadcrumbList for structure. The advanced SEO/AEO pack adds speakable markup, Bing and Search Console setup, fault / area landing pages and an answer-engine optimisation pass — an optional upgrade on the S$900 base build.
- Clean semantic markup: HTML5 structure, logical headings, descriptive alt text and canonical tags.
- Full JSON-LD schema graph: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review and BreadcrumbList.
- Fault & area pages target high-intent local long-tail: “oven not heating Tampines”, “dishwasher leaking Jurong”.
- Fast Core Web Vitals: image-optimised, mobile-first pages — a Google ranking factor that also keeps panicking customers from bouncing.
- Answer-first content: appliance copy and FAQs written question-led and concise, so AI engines can quote them cleanly.
- Sitemaps & Search Console: XML and image sitemaps plus robots.txt submitted to Google (and Bing).
- Singapore signals: local towns, HDB/condo/landed terms, appliance & brand names, PDPA-aware handling and natural local language.
- You own 100% of the code with a self-editable CMS — update an appliance and its SEO fields and schema update automatically.

What does each page of my Chillwash repair site actually look like?
You get a full repair site, not a single page: a trust-first homepage with a full-bleed hero and numbered sections, an appliance menu, a detail page per appliance, a dedicated Fault Finder, a brands-serviced page, a how-it-works flow, an about page with named technicians, an FAQ and a book-a-repair / contact page — rebuilt with your appliances, brands and tone.
We start from the live Chillwash demo and rebuild every page around your repair business, brand and appliances. Nothing stays as filler: your appliances, common faults, brands, technician photos, coverage, copy and reviews replace the demo content, and each page keeps the features that make the demo convert — the full-bleed hero, the numbered section headers, the appliance cards, the Fault Finder, the brands page and the booking flow — wired to you.
Every page is delivered mobile-first with clean SEO markup, PDPA-aware forms and a self-editable CMS, so you can update coverage, add a technician or edit an appliance long after handover. The pages below are what’s included in the base S$900 build; site scope, an online booking calendar, advanced SEO, a customer portal and CRM integration are where the customiser adds cost, up to S$2,600.
Singapore signals are built in where they help: HDB/condo/landed framing, local area references, a competent, honest tone and clear pricing throughout. You own 100% of the code, and it’s typically delivered in 7–14 days.
- Homepage — a full-bleed photo hero, numbered section headers (what we repair, the appliances, the Fault Finder, brands, how it works, reviews), a stats band, capability cards and trust pillars — all rebranded to you.
- Appliances — every appliance repair as a card grouped by category (cooling, laundry, kitchen), each linking to a detail page.
- Appliance detail — a centered title, a lead image, an article with common faults, what the visit covers and indicative costs, plus a sticky book-a-repair sidebar.
- Fault Finder — a dedicated page hosting the signature tool and a how-to-read-it explainer.
- Brands — a brands-serviced chip grid plus parts and affiliation notes.
- How it works — the numbered diagnostic flow plus booking options (single callout, multi-appliance, landlord, annual health-check).
- About — your story, a tabbed who-we-are panel, a stats band and your named technicians.
- FAQ — a question-pill accordion, ready for FAQ schema.
- Book a repair / contact — a booking form (no cart): appliance, brand, area, slot and a PDPA-aware consent, over a photo band, plus WhatsApp and call.

Can the Chillwash site scale from a solo technician to a multi-van repair company as I grow?
Yes. Your site starts lean at five pages and scales to a 20+ page repair company with a full appliance library, fault and area landing pages, more technicians, an online booking calendar, a customer job portal, CRM integration and even a second language. Add the Fault Finder from day one. Because you own 100% of the code, there is no platform lock-in holding you back.
Most repairers launch lean and broaden as they grow. Chillwash is built for that curve. Day one you might run a tight five-page site with a home, appliances, the Fault Finder and booking. As you grow, the customiser lets you step up to 10 or 20+ pages, adding a detail page per appliance, fault and area landing pages and a repair-tips content engine — so growing the site is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.
Adding technicians and coverage is built in: the technicians and coverage sections scale through the CMS, so new staff and new areas slot in cleanly, each strengthening your local SEO. The native Astro build is delivered as a fast, static, mobile-first site served over a global CDN, so it stays fast as the site grows. When you’re ready, switch on an online booking calendar, a customer job portal and CRM integration.
Serving more languages? A multilingual content layer can be added across key pages, with your Singapore positioning staying native. The real future-proofing is ownership: you hold 100% of the code and your content, delivered with a handover manual in 7–14 days, so the same codebase extends instead of forcing a restart.
- Site scope scales from 5 to 20+ pages; add appliances, fault pages and area pages as content rather than a rebuild
- The technicians and coverage sections scale through the CMS — new staff and areas slot in and strengthen local SEO
- The native Astro build is static and CDN-served, so it stays fast as you grow; WordPress / Webflow builds are hardened and CDN-served too
- Automate as you grow: an online booking calendar, a customer job portal and CRM integration
- Add channels: WhatsApp booking, live chat and a secure customer area
- A multilingual content layer is available for more customers, with your Singapore positioning native
- You own 100% of the code and your content, so there is no forced re-platform as you scale

Can I run my Chillwash site myself without a developer?
Yes. Your site is delivered with a self-editable CMS, so you add and edit appliances, common faults, brands, technicians, coverage, the Fault Finder’s symptoms and price ranges, pages and reviews, and check your GA4 numbers without touching code. Every task is documented in a plain-English handover manual, and you own 100% of the build.
Running a repair-business site is mostly small, repeatable updates: a new brand you’ve started covering, a technician joining, an adjusted price range, a public-holiday notice, a fresh review. We build all of this into a clean CMS dashboard, so you log in, change the thing you came to change and hit publish. No staging files, no FTP, no “please email the developer”.
Each module from the live demo has a matching settings panel. Your appliances, your common faults, your brands serviced, your technicians, your coverage, the Fault Finder’s appliances, symptoms, causes and price ranges, and the form routing are all configurable from labelled fields. The booking-form recipient is editable too, so requests reach the right inbox or WhatsApp.
Your site is delivered in 7–14 days with on-page SEO, SSL, GA4 and a PDPA-aware setup. If you ever get stuck, the step-by-step handover manual walks through every task, and your 3 included revision rounds (plus an optional Care plan from S$150/mo) mean help is on hand. But the day-to-day is genuinely designed for a non-technical owner to manage solo.
- Update coverage & hours — change them once and they update across the site, including a holiday notice.
- Add or edit a technician — name, role, photo and bio, live in minutes.
- Add or edit an appliance — set the name, category, faults and content, and it appears in the menu automatically.
- Edit the Fault Finder — adjust the appliances, symptoms, likely causes and price ranges.
- Manage brands — add or remove the brands you service in the chip grid.
- Manage bookings — set the form recipient, appliance / fault routing and the PDPA consent wording.
- Check your GA4 numbers — see visitors, top appliances, Fault Finder usage and bookings in Google Analytics.

White-goods repair website — frequently asked questions
Quick answers on cost, what’s included, timelines, ownership, platforms, the Fault Finder, repair booking, SEO/AEO, PDPA and revisions for a done-for-you appliance-repair website in Singapore.
How much does an appliance-repair website cost in Singapore?
A done-for-you white-goods-repair website in Singapore costs between S$900 and S$2,600 with SGBP. The S$900 base covers a complete, mobile-ready repair site with the Fault Finder and repair booking built in; the price rises only as you add a platform like WordPress, more pages, an online booking calendar, a customer portal or branding. You see the exact figure live in the customiser before you pay.
What exactly do I get for the price?
You get a fully designed and developed site built from the live Chillwash demo, your appliances, faults, brands and technicians set up, the Fault Finder, a book-a-repair + enquiry flow, a self-editable CMS, full source-code ownership, on-page SEO, SSL, analytics, PDPA-aware forms, 3 revision rounds and a step-by-step handover manual. Everything you select in the customiser is itemised in your order summary.
How long does it take to build and launch?
Most repair sites are designed, built and launched in 7 to 14 days from payment. Larger 20+ page sites, fault and area landing pages, an online booking calendar, a customer portal or CRM integration can sit at the upper end of that range. We send a private preview link first, you use your revisions, then we launch on your domain.
Do I own the website and can I edit it myself?
Yes. You own 100% of the code and your content outright — there is no licence trap and no agency lock-in. Every build is delivered with a self-editable CMS so you can update coverage, add technicians, change appliances and refresh content yourself, with a plain-English manual to guide you.
What is the Fault Finder and how does it help?
It is the signature interactive tool, built around the two things a customer with a broken appliance wants to know: what is probably wrong, and what it might cost. They pick the appliance and the symptom — fridge not cooling, washer won’t drain, oven won’t heat — and the tool shows the causes you most often find plus an indicative repair-cost range, then books them on WhatsApp with the fault pre-filled. It qualifies and warms the lead, and it is fully editable in the CMS. It is a guide, not a quote; you confirm the real diagnosis and price on site.
Is this a shop — does it have a cart or checkout?
No, and deliberately so. An appliance-repair business runs on callouts, not e-commerce, so the site has repair booking and a WhatsApp-first enquiry flow instead of a cart. The job of the site is to turn searches into booked callouts via the Fault Finder, appliance menu, brands page and booking form. There is no checkout.
Will the design read as a specialist, or is it a recoloured template?
Appliance repair is won on competence and price clarity, so the design is a cool, clean teal-and-charcoal system with named technicians, a clear appliance menu, a brands-serviced page and honest reviews — built to read as a focused white-goods expert, not a generic handyman. We customise the brand, colours, type, imagery and copy to your business, so it reads as your company rather than a recoloured theme.
Which platform should I choose — Astro, WordPress or Webflow?
The native Astro build shown in the demo is the fastest and cheapest to run and the best for SEO. Choose WordPress if you already know it and want full control, or Webflow for a visual in-browser editor. The customiser shows the exact price difference for each option.
Can customers book and reach me on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every build includes a repair-booking form and WhatsApp-first CTAs throughout, plus the Fault Finder which sends a pre-filled enquiry to WhatsApp. Add the online booking calendar for true self-service booking, and CRM integration so callouts flow into your job workflow.
Will the site rank on Google and show up in AI search?
Yes. Every build is delivered with an SEO foundation — clean markup, fast Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Review structured data, well suited to local appliance-repair searches. The Advanced SEO / AEO pack adds a full schema graph, answer-engine optimisation, fault / area landing pages and Search Console setup so you can be found on Google and quoted by AI assistants. Rankings are never guaranteed.
How is customer data handled under PDPA?
We handle information in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and your site is delivered with SSL/HTTPS by default. Booking and enquiry details, including any fault photos a customer sends, are stored securely, consented and never sold, and the forms capture only what is needed to respond. If you add a customer portal, access is secured and role-based.
What are revisions and how many are included?
A revision is a round of changes you request after seeing your preview — copy tweaks, layout changes, colour adjustments, content edits, Fault Finder price changes and the like. Three rounds are included free. If you want more breathing room you can add extra rounds at S$200 each in the customiser.
Do I need hosting and maintenance?
No — you can host the site yourself since the code is yours. If you would rather not, add Managed or Pro Hosting and a Care plan in the customiser (billed monthly or annually). Care covers updates, backups, security and small content changes — like a new brand or an adjusted price range — so you can focus on repairs.
Can I show indicative repair prices without committing to a fixed quote?
Yes — that is exactly what the Fault Finder is designed for. It shows an indicative cost range per symptom so customers arrive with realistic expectations, while every page makes clear the real price is confirmed on site after diagnosis. You set and edit those ranges in the CMS, so they always reflect your current parts and labour. It manages expectations without ever locking you into a number you can’t honour.
