Good to know
Before you book
For most colour services we build a short consultation into the start of your appointment, in natural light, so we can match the tone and be honest about what your hair can do that day. For bigger changes like going several shades lighter or a correction, we may suggest a separate consultation first so we can plan it properly.
For a colour or cut with a specific senior stylist, a week or two ahead is ideal, especially for weekends. Glosses and blow-dries at the Gloss Bar can often be fitted in at shorter notice. Bridal and wedding-day bookings should be made well in advance — please reach out as early as you can.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. You can choose your stylist when you book, and we keep notes on your colour formula and preferences so a returning visit picks up exactly where the last one left off. If your usual stylist is fully booked, we will suggest the best match on the team.
A root touch-up and gloss runs around 1.5 to 2 hours, a lived-in brunette 2 to 3 hours, and a hand-painted balayage 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on your length and starting colour. A colour correction is booked as a dedicated session and can take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, sometimes across more than one visit.
We choose tones and finishes with the climate in mind, and recommend home care that keeps colour from fading warm or brassy in the sun. Our smoothing treatments are also tailored specifically for frizz in humid weather. We will talk you through realistic upkeep at your consultation.
Yes. We offer a bridal trial to settle your look in advance, then style you on the day — at the studio, or at your venue or hotel for an additional travel fee. Bridal-party styling can be booked alongside so everyone is ready together. The trial fee is credited toward your wedding-day booking.
You can pay by PayNow, card or Atome instalments. For longer appointments such as colour corrections, smoothing treatments and bridal bookings we may ask for a small deposit to secure the time, which goes toward your final bill.
Life happens — we simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule, so we can offer the slot to someone else. For longer booked sessions and bridal work, please give us as much notice as you can. Any deposit is fully transferable to your rebooked appointment.
Yes. We handle your contact details and any notes about your hair discreetly and in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your information is used only to manage your appointments and is never sold.
