Sometimes a home box dye, a holiday salon or one too many lighteners leaves hair a colour you never asked for. Correction is careful, measured work — we lift, neutralise and rebuild tone in stages, always watching the condition of the hair.

We book correction as a dedicated session in the Quiet Room with a senior colourist, because it cannot be rushed and rarely fits a standard slot. Depending on where you are starting, it may take more than one visit.

Honesty matters most here. At the consultation we will tell you what is realistically achievable in one sitting versus over a few, and we will never push your hair past what it can take in a day.

Final timing and pricing depend on your hair’s length, density and starting colour, confirmed at your consultation. Results vary from person to person.
