What it involves
Dogs need to get outside and use their nose, not just bounce around indoors. Every daycare day includes a proper walk — a sniff-and-stride loop around the Joo Chiat shophouses, the park connector, or down toward the East Coast on cooler mornings. We go in small handler-led groups so it stays calm and controlled on the pavement.
We time walks for the cooler parts of the day and carry water, because Singapore heat is no joke for a dog. Routes are varied so it stays interesting — new smells, new corners, a different bit of greenery — which tires a dog out far more than a treadmill ever could.
For the dogs who really need it, we can add a longer beach or park walk as an extra. Walking is woven into the day on purpose: a well-walked dog naps better at daycare and is calmer at home in the evening.
Good for
Every dog — but especially the high-energy ones who need to actually move.
A typical daycare day
Every dog’s day follows the same gentle rhythm — active, rested and supervised throughout.
