I started in property nine years ago because I saw too many people rushed through the biggest financial decision of their lives by agents juggling fifty listings. I wanted to do the opposite: work fewer clients, know each situation properly, and give the kind of advice I’d want my own family to get.
Since then I’ve handled HDB resale, private condos and landed homes across sales, rentals and new launches — north-east heartland flats, prime-district apartments, the occasional discreet landed sale. The common thread isn’t a property type; it’s clients who wanted someone genuinely on their side.
Most of my work now comes from past clients and the people they send me. That’s the standard I hold myself to — be the agent worth recommending, not the one who sold hard once.
