How I help

On the landlord side, the goal is a good tenant who pays on time and treats the place well — not just any tenant who fills the unit fastest. I market your property properly, run the viewings, screen applicants (employment, references, the obvious red flags), and put together a tenancy agreement and inventory that actually protects you when handover day comes.

On the renter side, I cut down the chaos. Tell me your budget, area, move-in date and what matters — MRT distance, a real second bedroom, pet-friendly, an unblocked view — and I line up a focused set of viewings rather than sending you chasing listings that are already gone or were never real.

Either way I keep the tenancy clean: a fair agreement, a documented inventory and condition report, the diplomatic deposit and minor-defect conversations handled, and the option-to-renew sorted before it becomes a scramble. A good lease is quiet — that is the whole point.
