Through the campaign I handle the viewings, qualify the buyers so you are not opening your door to tyre-kickers, and give you straight feedback after each one. When offers come in, the negotiation is where a good agent earns their keep — I push for your price and terms while keeping the deal alive, and I’ll give you the honest read on whether an offer genuinely reflects the market or is worth holding out on.
I also keep the paperwork moving: Option to Purchase, timelines, your onward purchase if you are upgrading, and the HDB or conveyancing steps. The aim is a sale that completes cleanly, at a price you are glad you held out for — with you knowing what is happening at every stage.
