How I help
Most buyers spend weeks scrolling portals and viewing units that were never right. I work the other way: we start with your budget, your loan ceiling, your must-haves and your deal-breakers, and I build a tight shortlist — including off-market and just-listed units before they hit the portals. You view fewer homes, but the right ones.
At each viewing I am looking at the things that cost money later: the real condition behind the staging, the renovation you will actually need, the floor plan’s quirks, the noise, the lease decay, the resale story when you eventually sell. I will talk you out of a unit as readily as into one — a wrong purchase in Singapore is an expensive mistake to unwind.
When we find the one, I negotiate the price and terms, sanity-check the valuation against the loan, and walk you through ABSD, LTV, the Option to Purchase and timelines so nothing surprises you. For most HDB and many new-launch purchases, the seller or developer side covers my fee — so you get a dedicated buyer’s agent at little or no cost to you.
